Delicious food with a decent sized menu. We loved the 1/2 chicken, veggie rice and the empanadas. We finished with one of the best tasting flans I have had. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. They were will to answer any questions we had and explain the dishes.

Where can you go to find waitstaff that seem GENUINELY happy and interested in providing you with a great meal? The service at Canggio is consistently above and beyond. The food is fresh, unique, and delicious. I highly recommend ordering a number of different appetizers and splitting an entrée! You need to experience it all! Also, I’ve never had better red sangria!

I just don't like the twist they put on their food. That's just me. I like original Peruvian food like a beef chaufa or lomito salteado, or yuca frita but I don't like the adobo they add to the food. Maybe we'll try breakfast to see how it is.

We stopped in for a late evening dinner and sat at the bar! Elena was most attentive and friendly! The place was small and inviting with a full open kitchen for customers to view! Surprisingly the kitchen wasn't noisy and the food was absolutely delicious! I love to enjoy octopus and I will state that this Peruvian octopus was the most tender I have ever had! I can't wait to return.
Went on a date night with my girlfriend. There are many options on the menu. Unique non alcoholic beverages. Empanadas were amazing. The ceviche was some of the best I have had. The entres were very tasty. It was our first time trying Peruvian cuisine. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience dining at the bar and talking to the friendly staff! We watched as food was prepared! Elena our bartender waitress was superb! We started with the house dry rubbed wings that were tasty. I enjoyed the most tender octopus I have ever had served with special garlic mashed potatoes. Definitely returning for another round!

Food was excellent. We had appetizers and drinks. The mussels were our favorite. The empanadas were very good, but the filling could have had a little more flavor, The pork belly were also very good. The wings had a heavier batter than expected bt the Peruvian spice was nice. The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. We will be back.

My husband and I went to Canggios for valentines weekend. I was seated immediately and the waiter came soon after. She was very friendly. Our order came in a timely manner and both enjoyed out meals.
