They were kind and courteous. That was about the only good thing. I mean Chinese food is usually greasy but this was a different level. The egg roll, crab Rangoon and golden fingers were dripping with grease. The general tsos was good, I liked that they used actually hot peppers in the sauce. Unfortunately all I found were pepper seeds not the pepper it self and there wasn't enough sauce... The portions are more than adequate. I would recommend one of the 2 other Chinese restaurants around here over this one.

We waited more than an hour to receive our food, when the lady said it should take 25 minutes. The crab rangoon was stiff and burnt, the egg rolls were really dry and hard. The wait and the food are not worth it, save your time and money to go somewhere else.

I called and the Indian woman on the other end was extremely rude for no reason and when I said to please put soy sauce and duck sauce she sighed and said" how many do you want?" In the most condescending voice ever but I STILL stayed polite and I said two of each and she put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back to say the total which was higher than expected and when i said nevermind I need to cancel the order she screamed at me saying the chef started it already saying "ma'am ma'am why is it you cancel this order!?" Over n over like holy shyd. Chef Ramsey needs to come here and show them what customer service looks like. I literally peeped all these other bad reviews and the (owner) account writes back with counter arguments for if they said they didn't like something ???? I remember 10-15 years ago when China moon had the best food around always hot and delicious delivered quickly but somewhere along the way they got new management and it is a shyt show ever since
Menu says they honor other chinese restaurant coupons. Which was a lie. So I said i wanted to cancel my order and the lady said "too late". Sent food and forgot an egg roll. Food was really bad. Salty and dry. Wontons fell apart. Bad experience plus rude manager.I made this post years ago - just wanted to add stop leaving menus in my door handle. You arent welcome, youre rude, your food is horrendous. Stop. Wasting paper pushing your poo rangoons

I ored 67 dollars worth of food the chicken fingers wear the grease was pouring out of them the shrimp was over cooked I called they wear very rude so I went down their the lady was screaming at the top of her lungs I tried to explain to her that it wasn't right I would not recommend this place at all if you want Chinese food it's like eating hard dog food very disappointed in the service and the food
