Objectively, this is one of the best Chipotles in the area. The food is generous, they don’t forget guacamole on to-go orders. The staff are friendly. It’s my go to chipotle. Now for the seating: yes it’s dirty. The seating area is always unkept. It’s not ideal, and I agree with a lot of the other comments saying there seems to be enough staff to accommodate clean seating. This is just an unfortunate reality at this location. I usually pick up so I don’t mind. And it’s certainly not a reason to give 1 star. But they do lose a star for that reason.

I just left the Chipotle I visited around 8 PM tonight, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had there. I waited over 15 minutes just to order, even though there was only one person ahead of me. There were at least six employees standing around, none of whom seemed in any rush to help.
When I finally got to order, I was told they didn’t have carne asada — the only reason I went there in the first place. On top of that, the staff had visibly bad attitudes and acted like customers were a bother instead of the reason they’re employed.
If management happens to see this, I’d highly recommend checking who was scheduled around 8 PM and seriously consider some customer service retraining. This location is giving the brand a bad name. The back where they were making food was also dirty.

My boyfriend and I stopped here on a road trip & were skeptical from the reviews, but we were starving & craving chipotle, so we went! Thank GOD we did because this was seriously one of the best chipotle experiences we’ve ever had. The staff was so nice & talkative, they were generous in portion sizes, everything was fresh & so delicious. I’ve never left a chipotle review before, but this one was called for. Thanks to the people who helped us :)

Legitimately the worst chipotle I’ve been to. Normally they’re clean, organized, and the food is fresh. This one was messy, disorganized, and the burrito was so terrible I had to throw it out. They were out of many ingredients even though it was several hours before closing and the food that was available was old and stale or dry. The staff seemed very disinterested and one was even watching videos on her phone, earbuds in, while she was cooking some other food. Definitely avoid this one.

Would have rated 0 starts if possible. Ordered online and they left out half our order, impossible to talk to a real person on the phone. Food we did get was ice cold and the chips were somehow soggy. Absolutely awful, someone needs to get in and fix this place, 0/10.
Was out of steak and employees were arguing between themselves in front of customers.

I’m an avid chipotle goes and this one by far has the worst food. The rice was so hard it felt like I was eating chips. Could not finish my bowl. I turned to look at other customers and none of them had finished their food. Yikes

Ordered on the app. Waited behind another car for 18 minutes, when I finally got to the window they said they’d start making it. My phone was notified it was ready 20 minutes prior. Watched 2 cars behind me leave the window pickup line without their food. No line inside the store. Not sure what’s going on here, it would be faster to drive to one of the other chipotle’s 20-30 minutes away that isn’t a complete trainwreck.

So I don’t get where chipotle comes with this one scoop of meat is enough for a bowl and then if you ask more, they’re gonna charge you for extra meat, which is diabolically insane. Y’all definitely make enough money where you could add more meat and not charge extra.

Unfortunately, not your typical Chipotle. The opportunity to dine at Chipotle is truly an experience, considering the fresh food, cleanliness, friendly hosts. Nevertheless, this Chipotle disappoints… take out food indicated that food was ready for pick-up, but upon arrival food was not ready and had to wait an additional 15 minutes, before food was actually ready. Three other customers arrived and were also waiting… Per the pictures, the place was a bit disorganized, tables appear wiped with dirty rags, counters and floors dirty. There were four people behind the counter, all who could’ve been organizing the place, as service was slow. A fifth person was fixing take out orders. The sight of the restaurant places questions on the freshness of the food.
