Ordered on the app. Waited behind another car for 18 minutes, when I finally got to the window they said they’d start making it. My phone was notified it was ready 20 minutes prior. Watched 2 cars behind me leave the window pickup line without their food. No line inside the store. Not sure what’s going on here, it would be faster to drive to one of the other chipotle’s 20-30 minutes away that isn’t a complete trainwreck.

So I don’t get where chipotle comes with this one scoop of meat is enough for a bowl and then if you ask more, they’re gonna charge you for extra meat, which is diabolically insane. Y’all definitely make enough money where you could add more meat and not charge extra.

Unfortunately, not your typical Chipotle. The opportunity to dine at Chipotle is truly an experience, considering the fresh food, cleanliness, friendly hosts. Nevertheless, this Chipotle disappoints… take out food indicated that food was ready for pick-up, but upon arrival food was not ready and had to wait an additional 15 minutes, before food was actually ready. Three other customers arrived and were also waiting…
Per the pictures, the place was a bit disorganized, tables appear wiped with dirty rags, counters and floors dirty.
There were four people behind the counter, all who could’ve been organizing the place, as service was slow. A fifth person was fixing take out orders.
The sight of the restaurant places questions on the freshness of the food.

My friend and I went here early afternoon 2/24/25. The ladies serving the food were very nice. However, when I asked for a little more meat, a little, the manager yelled over to not give anymore otherwise it would count as extra meat. It was very unprofessional and made it awkward for the employee as well as myself. From that point, he made himself very present, like micro managing with an attitude. Very uncomfortable situation. I was with a friend, so when we checked out, she politely said to him that you have better employee satisfaction if you treat them nice. He arrogantly said he'd been a manager for 18 years or something like that so he knew what he was doing. A little while after I went to ask the ladies what his name was, and they were afraid to give it to me. So he clearly is a domineering manager, which made a very toxic environment. It made me not want to go back there again.

The manager that was on 02/24/2025 needs to be removed. My ticket said the host was vanessa, but it definitely was not vanessa! I have no idea what the gentleman's name was and the employees on the shift were afraid to even share what his name was with me. The other employees were amazingly positive and friendly despite his Nazi fear-mongering, yelling, and disrespectful attitude to them & the paying customers they were assisting.
I kindly asked him to speak kinder to his employees and we customers. His response was angrily stating he worked in management for 14 years and knew what he was doing. I literally saw my friend and one of the employees wince in fear when he yelled at every little thing that the employee did. We are all just trying to get by and we need these jobs to exist. I'm still struggling with why someone would abuse a good team. I've been at this Chipotle many times and always got an excellent service. Please remove this manager and make him work the back and learn some humility and how to be a part of a team. From where I stand he should never be in management and work with such amazing people.

Chipotle has come a far way down. Went to pick up a order for my girlfriend and place an order for myself. Was trying to get chips and queso and they said it was only available online. Which is crazy that they have a different inventory, but I played along and ordered online, I then received the queso which is slightly above room temperature. I was informed that was the current temperature since they were closing soon. I asked for a refund and was told I could only receive one through the automated assistant. which is confusing process and I’m not even sure if it was properly entered. It feels like they’re trying to make you just not want to spend your money there.

Came to the parking lot before 8pm and there were 0 customers inside and all of the seating was already put away even though they close in 3 hours. So confusing and concerning.
Rice was under Cook, meat look dry same as beans

It’s 9:30 on a Saturday. They have no food out. Just chicken and brown rice. They are cleaning the kitchen. They close at 11PM!!! This place should be closed or new management.

I do not recommend buying from here at all. The place is not clean and the food is bad. I bought and regretted it. Since I ate, I have had a stomach ache and the service is bad.

I LOVE chipotle. I want to note the staff was very nice at this location and I have nothing but positive things to say about service.
However, I came at 9:30 an hour and a half before closing. Grills off, everything up, everything put away. Chicken was on a serving tray in the back near the grills. I came here after a long day of work hoping for a nice hot burrito bowl and unfortunately nothing was really hot or warm. I also was looking forward to fajitas and they didnt have that either. It was very disappointing and I’ll probably stick to driving to Groton from now on :/.

The food on multiple occasions has tasted stale, and felt old, the chips have been oily and not appetizing. The tacos had meat which tasted as if it had been out for hours.

Came in around 8:45, over two hours before the place closed. Chairs were up on the tables so there was nowhere to sit. They had no steak, brown rice, cheese or brisket and said they wouldn’t be making any more for the rest of the night. I understand wanting to start cleaning up early so you don’t have to stay long past closing but why stay open till 11 if the place is going to be packed up at 9.
