Food was very good, however service was very slow as it was painful to watch trainees unable to perform simple tasks. The place was filthy from the floor to counter tops and the forks and spoons were non-existent. Prices weren't too bad. Must be difficult to be a manager of a restaurant today.

If you want a soup instead of a rice & meat bowl GO HERE! I asked for light sauce & they still managed to give me more sauce then meat or rice… bowl was no joke 80% sauce 10% rice & 10% chicken… All to spend $15 NEVER EVER WILL I COME HERE

I wanted to give a zero!! I don't know what happened to the place. Extremely rude servers... I was in a very important phone sitting as I was having my lunch, which did not have all I wanted because they did not have cheese ?, this guy comes to fix the chairs making noise on purpose I told him as he saw me that I was in very important phone call and continued making noises so I had to rush outside. The place was filthy and it was not lack of personnel because they had plenty of people working and it was not that busy... I do not recommend this place at all!!!

Ordered on the app + picked up in drive-thru...got home to find my $13 burrito was roughly the size of a credit card, and my son's kids meal was literally just a handful of cold cheese in a cold tortilla. Legit looked like the guy just grabbed a handful of cheese from the fridge, put it in a tortilla, and wrapped it up.This was my 2nd, and last, time visiting this location. There was literally 1 customer in the store when I arrived, so they weren't busy at all, and thus there's no logical reason, other than laziness, that my order turned out how it did. When I saw the appearance of my food I returned to the store for a refund. There were at least 6 workers in the store, with all but 1 standing around talking in the back, avoiding eye contact with me. When the cashier finished assisting the 1 other customer, he remade my order himself, and was polite.Whoever was working the drive thru last night (2/3/24) either needs more training or should be fired. Sucks to see how bad fast food joints have become the past few years, but not too shocking based on how lazy most of their employees are nowadays.

My first time visiting this Chipotle location was yesterday, 2/4/24. I was looking forward to having chipotle at this Norwich location, however I was severely disappointed. Firstly, the customer service is lacking. A male employee who packaged our orders was very rude and unprofessional to myself as well as one of my family members who has special needs and requires a little bit more time than others to make a decision on what to eat. The place was empty when we came in (so we were not holding anyone up). After receiving the food and paying, I noticed that not only was the dining area absolutely filthy but the soft drink tap was coming out as straight water for coke, root beer, and lemonade. The meat was cold and I found multiple pieces of dark hair in my rice. I’m disappointed and concerned at the cleanliness of this location.

The food here is prett good, like usual i like it! The workers are nice and are very good with portions (if you care), however the manager is not! He was very rude to me when asking about my subtotal. He gave me unneeded attitude and was not helpful whatsoever. other than the bad manager, pull up
