The coffee is superb. The decaf ‘Big D’ is my favourite. Any time friends from out of town/state come by I get them some to take home. They’re an asset to our community and I highly recommend supporting this group of lovely people who make the coffee come to life.

We went there once while we passing through Norwich and I tried the Big D decaf coffee. I’m a bit of a barista and a great lover of good coffee. I had to change to decaf recently and have been in search of a good medium strength dark roast. I’ve finally found it and am a huge fan. When there they were very friendly and helpful. I now order online for my coffee beans to Craftsman Cliff Roasters and couldn’t be happier!

I bought their light roast beans and despite being absolutely delicious, they were more towards medium dark. I mentioned it to them in passing by their store, they thanked me and gifted me one of their chocolates for my feedback, which was absolutely delicious as well! Certainly artisanal, so not silky smooth like most commercial chocolates, but super flavorful! I will give their light roast another try and definitely getting another chocolate along with it!

Place only sells coffee beans now, no food nor brewed coffee. Guy there nicely reco’d The Cream cafe just around the corner that sells there yummy, strong coffee and pastries/ bagels.

What a great place. Today was my first time buying beans from a coffee roaster. I was desperately searching for something great that I could make it home and the person at the counter was extremely helpful. I've already made my first cup and it's perfect.
