It's was free cone day ? I got a flamethrower but it was too spicy this time maybe I'm getting weak lol the fries are usually overly salted and soft like they sit for a while but overall isn't terrible
Got two blizzards and they were literally melted when we got them. There was no upside down for them since they would have went everywhere. Very disappointed

I had to do a double take when looking at the menu, the prices reflect I guess like 1998.?There’s no way a double cheeseburger is 2.99You might get the bun…I like good old DQ always have.They need to update their menu.ADG ||. Save room for Ice Cream

We had a loss in our family and I wanted to cheer my sister up with a treat. The woman on the headset was not the friendliest and kept repeating to us that we would get charged extra for substitutions. For example, my sister wanted a peanut buster parfait with NO FUDGE, sub peanut butter. She frankly let us know that we would be charged as if we were adding peanut butter. I have been to dairy queens all over the country and never heard of not being able to swap something that simple. An up charge for a product that is more expensive is reasonable, but to completely charge for an added item when one is not being received is excess. Had she handled it kindly, we may have felt differently.In customer service you only get one chance to impact the guest and you never know what they're going through. We were treated as a nuisance when we simply wanted to have a moment of ease amidst our grief. ?
Just called to place an order to pick up... apparently they don't take call In oderes unless you're door dash or one of those services. Why? Why can all of them place phone orders but I can't? Give me one legitimate reason I have to come here and sit and wait for my order when I could just call it in. Absolutely ridiculous and unessesary. I'll wait for a reply as to why that makes any logical sense.
