Went there and ordered a basic cheeburger combo and i watch them cook it in the microwave absolutely horrible!!!

Me and my wife came to this DQ at the end of a long day, and where we are usually met with a friendly atmosphere we were instead met by a very rude young lady at the front desk, Arianna. We were taken off guard because this girl was rude to us as soon as we came in, and we didn’t mistreat her in any way to provoke this treatment. She rushed us through ordering, was snappy and rude in tone, misheard me twice and gave me attitude when I corrected her both times, rolled her eyes at us, and went out of her way to be rude the rest of our visit. She shoved our bag of food at us without even looking our way or saying it’s ours, and just generally left a bad enough taste in our mouths that we’d probably turn right around and leave if we say her there at the counter again if we even go back at all.

I ordered my first vanilla cone of the season today, and it was worth the wait, until I dropped it trying to unlock my car door. Talk about heart break! They were very kind and replaced it without additional charge and I was so touched by the staff's kindness! Really, really made my day, thank you!

Dairy Queen is good but I will say the one in norwich is better.
I'm so grateful there are DQ's open year round. Service was pleasant and quick. I wish they would make Reese's Pieces a regular blizzard choice.
