Just ordered 3 chicken strip baskets 2 regular and 1 garlic parm. All 3 taste like they dumped a box of salt on them! Garlic parm especially taste like pure salt no a trace of garlic or parm flavor at all! So sad was dying to try it! And chicken for any were not strips they were chunks of chicken

I ordered and picked up food at this location. Staff were nice although they messed up my order and gave my girlfriend and I the wrong item and ended up giving my girlfriend something that she is allergic to. Long story short I had to rush her to the hospital. I did call them to ask them just to be careful when giving people orders because allergies are not something to play with especially when it comes to anaphylaxis. The girl on the phone did apologize. Although they were nice this is something that should not have happend.

I wish they open all yr around, don't see why not. Ok, they don't have a place to sit. It's OK. Get it to go in wintertime, but please don't close in winter.

For a fast food place, food would be as expected. Staff was very friendly, and their attitudes made being in there enjoyable, even with you being inside only a few minutes. Service, as of the two days I stopped in, was fast, faster than service I typically get from the other location.

Dairy Queen is what fast food should taste like. I dont even like calling it fast food bc the burger taste like meat not frozen cartboard. I usually love DQ however this one was lacking horribly. No drive-thru, exceptionally long wait time, one person running cash register and grill.This DQ really needs to stay in their lane and serve ice cream only. It’s set up like old school DQ’s.

Placed an online order when we got there as directed per the app we went inside and told the employee we were here for a pick up order immediately a worker shouted to us that we would have to wait outside in line !! I was Very embarrassed and wondered why would I go wait in a line after I had already places the order online ? I could see my order on the counter melting as I waited, Poor poor customer service !! If you don't like people change your job ! It's all about the customer I work in this industry every day and love my job !! She should be replaced !! That type of attitude brings the whole team down !!
