My situation is different. Their app said they were open on Christmas Day, and so I ordered. Drove up only to be greeted with a closed sign, yet they accepted my payment. Currently in process of attempting to get a refund. From what I have been told, this is a problem on the Dunkin corporation end. I think it's safe to say, I will not be returning for a very long while.

I pulled up there was only 5 cars in line they all got only maybe 2 things. Every single person in front of me got passed the wrong order and had to pass it back to the girl in the window, and when I got my order- I only got one of my items and there was barely any cream cheese on my bagel so I had to go back around for my other item and more cream cheese and she gives me creamcheese in the bag with no utensil to even put the creamcheese onto my bagel so I WOULD have to go back around AGAIN for that but I’m not going to because I shouldn’t have to go in the drive thru 3 times when I made a preorder to make sure I wasn’t late for work. It wasn’t even busy how did all of that happen. Plz do better.

My experience in this particular dunkin was anything but great , the system was down and they couldn’t take orders. Being a loyal customer , i decided to wait as they told me they were just working on getting the systems back up, after about 15 minutes or so , they took my coffee order and proceeded to make the coffee. After waiting another 10 minutes, I was told they wouldn’t be able to give me any item as the system was down as the coffee was already made. I believe as an establishment , you would think to let the customer know ahead of time if they aren’t able to help you and not just let you wait 30 minutes to then tell you , hey after taking your order , we cannot give it to you. terrible customer service, i will not be returning to this dunkin location. I did then go to the Dunkin on Salem Turnpike where Autumn and Katie provided awesome customer service and saved Dunkin from losing a loyal customer.

This place is awful. Terrible service every time, ridiculous wait times, orders always wrong. Went yesterday and the drive through took 20 minutes start to finish, and two of my four coffees were wrong. Today, I ordered a coffee and pulled away and discovered they made it wrong (as usual), so I turned around and went back through the drive through. I told the speaker box girl that I just came through and there's no sugar in my coffee. She told me to pull to the window and she would give me sugar packets. I pulled to the window and the dude tried to give me sugar packets. I told him I'm not making a mess in my car by doing that I would like him to take the coffee back and put the sugar in inside. He told me they can't take the coffee back inside. So I said fine, I would like you to remake my coffee. He told me he can do that and just to pull up, so I did. He then came out and asked me how my coffee was made to remake it. When he brought my remade coffee and handed it to me and started walking away, he then turned around and asked if it was okay and if he could go back inside now. I told him they make it wrong all the time no matter what it is and it's ridiculous. He told me next time it happens, the smart thing to do would be to come inside. I told him it's raining and if they made my coffee correctly the first time there wouldn't be a problem. Absolutely absurd, will not be going there again.

Sked the young lady about a donut with icing filling and she told me that Dunkin donuts didn't have one. I know they do because I ordered one from another Dunkin two weeks ago. I can't believe that donuts are two dollars each.

I ordered through the app right before I left my house, which is 10 minutes from this particular Dunkin! I walk in there and it is not busy at all, no one in line inside or in the drive through. All the workers are hanging around chit chatting! My food is not ready, my drink is not made. A worker came over to me and asked how he could help me; I told him that I placed an online order 10 minutes ago. He got my drink made and told me to have a good day, I STILL HAVEN"T GOTTEN MY FOOD YET!!!!! So, I tell him that and everyone is standing around looking at each other. This was the worst experience I have had at a Dunkin, and I will never be going back there again!!!! I was late for work due to the incompetence of these workers. I use the app and place orders online so that I do not have to wait in line, and I would get it if they were busy but, in this case, they were not!!!!!!!

By far the worst run Dunkin' I've seen in last 20 years. Went here on my lunch break to get a coworker a coffee and me a donut. Drive through line didn't move in 25 minutes. Saw several cars leave the line. Please hire more staff. Please train your employees better. Ruined my whole lunch. Never again.
