Waited over 10 minutes to be served a medium iced coffee. After waiting forever for somebody to at least acknowledge me, some frumpy looking lady walks up, doesn’t even say hi and had major attitude. I guess me as a customer disturbed her little coffee clatch/Giggle Fest in the kitchen with her coworker. There was literally nobody in the store and from the attitudes of the workers there, I can see why this place is rated so low.

I can't even get a call thru to this Dunkin. So yesterday this Dunkin couldn't make two frozen drinks I ordered through my mobile app and the manager wasn't in to credit my account. I was told to come back today at 10:30am when the manager should be in. Well, I had two doctors appointments today, just got home, so I tried to call this Dunkin on 737 N Main St in Norwich and it appears it's the wrong number. I can't get through and I'm too exhausted to drive all that way to Norwich. So I'm going to get ripped off of $8+... Very Unhappy Person.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and specifically requested American cheese instead of Swiss. After getting to my car, I realized they had made the sandwich incorrectly, so I politely went back inside to have it corrected. Instead of remaking the sandwich properly, Tiffany aggressively snatched it from me, peeled off the melted Swiss cheese, and replaced it with American. I watched her do this, so when she handed it back, I simply asked if she could toast it so the cheese would properly melt. She snatched it from me again and threw it in the toaster with an obvious attitude.
At that point, I told her not to worry about it, but she ignored me. She and the supposed manager then began talking about me as if I couldn't hear them. I repeated myself, again saying not to worry about it, and that’s when Tiffany threw the sandwich at me. Completely appalled, I immediately requested a refund, which was processed, but when I asked for a number to escalate my complaint, they outright refused and told me to leave.
What’s even more concerning is that after reading other reviews, I noticed multiple people have had the same issue with these two employees. I’m not sure why they are still employed here, but their behavior is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated this way.

How is Dunkin’ a coffe shop but no decaffeinated coffe a lot of times no Splenda.. so who cares about the. Diabetics right
730 in the morning I went to get a coffee at the drive through .I placed the order and when I got to the window I forgot to add a ice coffee to my order so I asked can you give me a ice coffee to add on the girl that was taking the order asked her manager can she do the add-on I was denied and I was told I had to go back into the drive-thru to place the order it was really unprofessional and a really a waste of time cuz it's simple fact that I have to go to work thank you for your inconvenience hope to never happen again

The girl who waited on me was super friendly and nice.She even makes my coffee the right way,! Wish I remembered her name.
The past few times I've come to this dunkin, TIFFANY 1 of the rude girls that work there has had the worst attitude with me, today I told her about her self and she slammed the window in my face after having her mouth drop to the floor from telling her that her attitude has been disgusting tords me the past few times. If you don't like ur job TIFFANY then quit it and go else where cuz ur attitude is not needed, others can fill ur spot quick. Also my loaded hash browns this morning had almost no bacon in it, and my coffee was gross but guess I'm drinking it anyway cuz I'm not coming back there for ur attitude..
