I have never been so disappointed in the service at this dunks. The ruined my food and when I asked about it the women were so disrespectful it was crazy. The food was over cooked and if my employees ever treated my customers like that they would be fired . Never again will I ever get food here again and I would never recommend anyone to use there services.

Absolutely horrendous attitude and beyond disrespectful and mean. Ordered my coffee, and asked them to simply add a bit more milk to it, and I was hit with a bad attitude, told she wasn’t gonna do it, and then proceeded to say I never payed for my food when I surely gave her the rest of the cash in my wallet. When I told her I did pay, she said “whatever just go” and proceeded to slam the window on me. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and unprofessional.

Dunkin donuts sucks paper cups don't keep hot coffee hot and the lines suck at every dunks you go to and they put these dumb stickers on your order. I won't even walk into a dunkin donuts and haven't since they began putting the coffee in paper cups, I don't know maybe the dunks was in the gas station I stopped at this morning? It's the only reason I would be near one

It's DD. Not much to say but good caramel macchiato's. Just wish their midnight roast was available iced. I just buy x-lg hot coffee and bring it home to ice. Get more coffee this way. Also midnight is not served all

If I could give them no stars I would, first of all we all ordered a lot of food because we were a lot of people the rude lady making the food handed us our food & sarcastically said “ heres the whole menu” basically trying to say we’re fat, we can order whatever we want if she’s so miserable about a big order then she clearly shouldn’t be working. We then went to the car and noticed we were missing a wake up wrap we went back inside and told the lady making the food & she gave us attitude saying she made it & she had to see our food we brought our bags back and then, she was ignoring us and continued saying she made it when she clearly didn’t and told us to wait. Im not just gonna watch her make other orders when it’s her fault she can’t do her job done correctly.

One of the worst dunks in the area . every time I stop there are no workers up front ! Why , you ask !? Because they are to busy in the back talking on their phones , to each other or just flat out ignoring you. On top of the rudeness from all but three employees, you gotta wait ten or more minutes for your order . I do not suggest this dunks at all.
