Always forgetting to give me parts of my order. They’ve tried to make me pay for mobile orders this location clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing and it is constantly messing up orders giving wrong items for getting items. They are very clearly poorly run.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and iced coffee. Took 20 minutes in drive thru. The bagel wasn’t toasted just warm and the coffee was not only incorrect but tasted AWFUL. 11$ wasted. Went to a different dunkin and had to reorder my coffee. As an employee of another dunkin in the area, I’m horrified by this location.

Only Dunkin to constantly run out of bacon, cups and other products. The only Dunkin in the area that always has a wait inside. I’ve waited over 15min here for a coffee and sandwich. They don’t call out sandwiches so you never know if yours is done. Pretty much feel ignored by the crew if you are inside. Quite literally the worst Dunkin in norwhich, occum, Lisbon, gales ferry and Groton. Have only ever gotten good service maybe twice here. Never intended a review but absolutely sick of this Dunkin and will no longer go

Coffee tasted burnt 😭😭😭 lousy coffees. Donuts tasted stale and we literally waited Iin drive thru FOR 34 MINUTES! 34! NOT EXAGGERATING. TIMED it.. Terrible. Lady at window was super nice though when you saw her. Sandwiches were good.

Highly recommend this particular dunkin in Norwich. Not because they’re good but they’re consistently so bad it’s actually impressive. It’s like watching Angel Reese highlights. Continuous misses after rebounding their own shots and thinking they’re doing well. You will ironically be expectedly disappointed. The staff is so busy talking to themselves that they must feel like they’re in an episode of The Office. Definitely some Jim, Pam action going on between whoever thinks they’re Jim or Pam. I stood in line once for 10 mins without anyone behind me and in-front of me but I did hear the girls talking shit about a guy so that was an enjoyable waste of time.
And if you’re thinking about drive thru, set aside 10 mins at least WITHOUT anyone else in line. Bring a sleeping bag if there is a big line. I think the staff lacks comprehension so they have to match symbols like little kids to make sure they grab the correct flavor but even then they get it wrong sometimes. Best you can do is smile and thank them for their hard work. They’re really trying their best.

Just got a cold brew and a donut. Very angry! Cold foam on my cold brew was cuddled and the glaze on my donut was melted 😡 getting tired of wasting money at dunkin to throw everything away. I think I'll be going to Starbucks from now on
