Coffee tasted burnt ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ lousy coffees. Donuts tasted stale and we literally waited Iin drive thru FOR 34 MINUTES! 34! NOT EXAGGERATING. TIMED it..
Terrible.
Lady at window was super nice though when you saw her.

Did not have what I wanted, and I waited over 20 minutes for my sub-par order.

Highly recommend this particular dunkin in Norwich. Not because they’re good but they’re consistently so bad it’s actually impressive. It’s like watching Angel Reese highlights. Continuous misses after rebounding their own shots and thinking they’re doing well. You will ironically be expectedly disappointed. The staff is so busy talking to themselves that they must feel like they’re in an episode of The Office. Definitely some Jim, Pam action going on between whoever thinks they’re Jim or Pam. I stood in line once for 10 mins without anyone behind me and in-front of me but I did hear the girls talking shit about a guy so that was an enjoyable waste of time.
And if you’re thinking about drive thru, set aside 10 mins at least WITHOUT anyone else in line. Bring a sleeping bag if there is a big line. I think the staff lacks comprehension so they have to match symbols like little kids to make sure they grab the correct flavor but even then they get it wrong sometimes. Best you can do is smile and thank them for their hard work. They’re really trying their best.

Just got a cold brew and a donut. Very angry! Cold foam on my cold brew was cuddled and the glaze on my donut was melted 😡 getting tired of wasting money at dunkin to throw everything away. I think I'll be going to Starbucks from now on

They're the messiest place slowest place ever went for a coffee 3 cars in the drive through an it took 25 minutes.
This is not my first issue with them.
I was ignored and the crew was dragging they're feet saying they were so busy are you.kidding me.

My husband and I came here on our way to a hockey game. We originally were gonna order a box of Joe but when we saw how slow everything was moving we decided to just get two signature iced lattes. We waited 15 minutes for two iced lattes while the people who were waiting in the drive thru line were getting taken care of right away. At least 15 cars were taken care of while we were waiting to order and then waiting for our two drinks. Also, we ordered two signature iced lattes, one with sugar and one without. There was no sticker on either of them so we had no idea which one had sugar and which one didn’t.

Been coming to this location for a while and it has gone downhill BIG time. If you ever have a time crunch or less than an HOUR don't come here. Made an order on the app. Sat in the drive thru at the mic for 15 minutes with NO acknowledgement (the mic wasn't broken). Decided to go inside. It is filled to the brim with other angry people waiting for their orders which are taking 15 or more minutes to fill. Finally go up the counter and tell them I'm here for an online order, they mumble something about it being out soon. I watch as they move slower than I thought possible to make the orders. I get my (iced) coffee, it's only 3/4 full. Disappointing but ok. No sign of the food I ordered. Finally I ask again and show them my order on my phone. Mumble something about how they can't make that. Do I want something else. No honestly I want a refund. But since it was an online order screw me I guess. Got three donuts just to have SOMETHING and told the customers waiting to order that I would bail if I were them. Never going here again. Ridiculous

We put in mobile order and went to pick up and sat in line for 45 minutes got to Window and order was not made and sat there for 45 more minutes till we kept telling them what we ordered as one item came out at a time and when we got the food it all came out burn

Consistently one of the slowest franchises I’ve been to even when it’s not busy. Lack of a sense of urgency and either nonexistent or broken processes lead to confusion and lengthy waits. Store manager should focus on improving processes and morale. Food’s good and employees generally friendly but overall customer service could be better.
