My husband and I came here on our way to a hockey game. We originally were gonna order a box of Joe but when we saw how slow everything was moving we decided to just get two signature iced lattes. We waited 15 minutes for two iced lattes while the people who were waiting in the drive thru line were getting taken care of right away. At least 15 cars were taken care of while we were waiting to order and then waiting for our two drinks. Also, we ordered two signature iced lattes, one with sugar and one without. There was no sticker on either of them so we had no idea which one had sugar and which one didn’t.

Been coming to this location for a while and it has gone downhill BIG time. If you ever have a time crunch or less than an HOUR don't come here. Made an order on the app. Sat in the drive thru at the mic for 15 minutes with NO acknowledgement (the mic wasn't broken). Decided to go inside. It is filled to the brim with other angry people waiting for their orders which are taking 15 or more minutes to fill. Finally go up the counter and tell them I'm here for an online order, they mumble something about it being out soon. I watch as they move slower than I thought possible to make the orders. I get my (iced) coffee, it's only 3/4 full. Disappointing but ok. No sign of the food I ordered. Finally I ask again and show them my order on my phone. Mumble something about how they can't make that. Do I want something else. No honestly I want a refund. But since it was an online order screw me I guess. Got three donuts just to have SOMETHING and told the customers waiting to order that I would bail if I were them. Never going here again. Ridiculous

We put in mobile order and went to pick up and sat in line for 45 minutes got to Window and order was not made and sat there for 45 more minutes till we kept telling them what we ordered as one item came out at a time and when we got the food it all came out burn

Consistently one of the slowest franchises I’ve been to even when it’s not busy. Lack of a sense of urgency and either nonexistent or broken processes lead to confusion and lengthy waits. Store manager should focus on improving processes and morale. Food’s good and employees generally friendly but overall customer service could be better.

I usually go through the drive throughs at Dunkin and am never disappointed. I just tried the new brown sugar iced coffee and it was very delicious! I think it’s my new favorite 🙌🏽

Heavyset girl with no bra at counter extremely rude, walked in with co-worker ordered two drinks &donut never got the donut, 15 mins of mass confusion while I waited. What a complete waste of payroll as 5 employees shuffled aimlessly and cluelessly, as the line in and out stacked up. I would have left had I not already paid, finally got a watered-down hot chocolate and an undrinkable macchiato, was ignored when I asked for the donut they forget, so I left without it as I was running late for work due to the stop Unbelievable

They double charged me this morning and their phone number doesn’t work. I was charged a total of $19.30 for a large iced coffee, hash browns, and order of bagel minis.

Walked in here to pickup 2 Box of Joes over the summer, the ceiling was dripping in the common area and a large open garbage can was catching the drops. Anyway I pay the $40+ dollars and ask for a few extra cups, the girl working says she cant give me more, only 10 cups per box, she insists she cannot when I kindly ask again for just a couple more, I mean I paid 40 plus bucks for plain black coffee. She says she cant, I offer to pay, I said I will pay for extra cups, I dont care, how many bucks for 5 dollars? what will it take? Still, she says its not possible. The staff, well this girl, needs some common sense, provide a few extra cups, they cost pennies from the store's supply budget. Just a weird silly encounter.

On Sunday 9/8 /24 around 7:30 ordered 3 coffees it was $10.61 the girl took my money, I found out later that day my friend was in the car in front of me and paid for the coffee, but the girl still took my money. Also gave her a $2.00 tip and my friend gave her a $2.00 tip so the girl got over a $14.00 tip because she took the money twice.

The girl at the drive through today at around 11:30 clearly doesn’t enjoy being around people. She was rude and miserable didn’t say your welcome one time. Got annoyed when I asked a question. Customer service was not there today.
