did a mobile order. Got a bagel, three coffees, two donuts. Came in a bag, assumed everything was there. it was just the bagel and three coffees. They forgot the donuts. Went back in to ask for them, since they were paid for, and nobody helped us after 10m. Eventually gave up and left after speaking to several people. Frustrated that nobody seemed to be able to just. give us the food we bought. It wouldve been, what, less than a minute?

Just stopped in for my passenger. He wanted coffee & donuts. They did not have a great selection, to which I replied to my passenger, why is it called Dunkin Donuts, when they have a very limited selection of donuts. Should be called Dunkin-less.

Stopped in a little after 5pm and saw the still had a fairly good selection of donuts so we picked up a dozen. Saw they had this orange frosted one too be made out a a spider so we had to get that one. Staff was friendly, store was clean, good experience. One of the smaller Dunkins we have been too, but just as good as the others.

They fixed our coffees that a different location messed up, this location always makes our coffees perfect. I haven't had a messed up order yet from here, great location!

If I could give them no stars I would, first of all we all ordered a lot of food because we were a lot of people the rude lady making the food handed us our food & sarcastically said " heres the whole menu" basically trying to say we're fat, we can order whatever we want if she's so miserable about a big order then she clearly shouldn't be working. We then went to the car and noticed we were missing a wake up wrap we went back inside and told the lady making the food & she gave us attitude saying she made it & she had to see our food we brought our bags back and then, she was ignoring us and continued saying she made it when she clearly didn't and told us to wait. Im not just gonna watch her make other orders when it's her fault she can't do her job correctly.

Fast service in Am , later in the day not so much and don't ask for decaf after 5 they won't make it....they are cleaning the pots for closing at 7 !!!!!!

Everytime I order off of Ubereats they let me continue the order knowing that they don’t have the item. The manger I spoke to had an attuide with me as well. I never get the refund I ask for after they don’t give me my items.

This dunkin in norwich, the owner never seems to order enough. For example the new sandwiches new products run out quickly and then when you go back there there's none. I had to go to another one. The only needs to make sure there's enough to carry through so they don't lose business but people going somewhere else

Decent dunkin, the customer service has been great lately, especially with that one person who is always super happy they deserve all the good things. Although it can be slow and the screen is broken and their scanner is janky, they also don't seem to run any A/c. This all seems like poor management/owner issues.You probably should just go to the one down the street about 5 mins away.

Ordered a Sour dough breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a blueberry muffin for $10.38 plus tip this morning. Got home only to find that the only item in the bag was the muffin. Live out of town so won’t be back in area until next week. Tried to call for approximately one hour…BUSY! Will be back to see the mgr. on Monday. Hopefully, I can update this review positively as this is usually a good location.Muffin was good. Can’t rate the rest of my missing order!
