Lexi the girl who works the drive through in the morning is the most rude and unpleasant person I ever met. I get working at Dunkin might not be the best but damn she can ruin the start of your day. I won’t be going back to this Dunkin. Whoever owns this Dunkin needs to let her go asap. She has to be costing you so much business.

The Greenville location absolutely Sucks. Manager is rude they are always out of half of the items on the menu. A 5 year old would do a better job she should be fired.

Entirely new staff and not trained properly. I ordered an ice hazelnut coffee and a grilled cheese. The coffee was light brown water and the sandwich was burnt on the inside and the cheese was cold my friend went yesterday and her coffee was horrible ! It was my go to stop but never again disappointed and disgusting product

Not only was I confused but also annoyed at the fact that I ordered bacon and cheddar omelette bites for the first time with my coffee this morning and I could clearly see them on the menu outside but when I drove up to the window, this worker who must’ve been new but acted like she owned the place was holding the bag of omelette bites I ordered IN HER HAND and when I asked about them she told me that they don’t sell them here and that there’s NO WAY I could’ve ordered them at the speaker making me feel like I’m the crazy one🤦‍♀️.
Luckily her co workers told her that they did sell them and of course she’s acting all surprised and hands me the bag she was literally holding whole time. Luckily I’m nice enough to not try and argue but like come on people…

I usually go to this place and order a coffee from there an usually specify that I want a decaf coffee, I went there yesterday and ordered two coffees, one decaf and a regular one and they gave me the coffees market as usual, the one regular and the one decaf, and I drank my coffee as usual thinking it was decaf, because I can't drink caffeine cause caffeine have a very bad effect in my heart and my nervous system. After I drank that coffee I began to feel the caffeine effect in my body, my heart starter to pounding very very fast and my nervous system become very altered and I did experience a very bad panic attack even feeling that I was going to die, it was a very very bad experience for me. That experience scared me a lot, because I was driving at the moment this happened to me. Unfortunately I don't know who of the people who work there made the coffee, but what I know is that I won't never ever will visit that Dunkin', or any other Dunkin' in my life again.

Not gonna lie yall need to hire new people. Ones that actually care about how things are made and done. I dont care if your having a bad day you dont take it out on your customers ... And half ass all the drinks and burn food. Its not how you get more people to go.
Its really upsetting that I cant go and enjoy my coffee and snack from one of my favorite places. This one has made it hard for me to trust any other dunkin. All except the one in groton. They are sweet and know how to treat people and make drinks and food correctly and if they make a mistake they take the time without attitude to help...

Danielle, the manager, engaged in an argument with me and my four-year-old child while we were waiting in line. She incorrectly prepared two of my drinks, attributing the error to the cashier despite my receipt accurately reflecting my order and instructions. Danielle failed to adhere to the simple instructions on the ticket and exhibited difficulty accepting responsibility for her actions.
The most disappointing aspect of the situation was that Danielle engaged in a verbal argument with me, asserting her superiority in the matter. Despite my request to remain calm and request a refund, she informed me that I would need to wait 15-30 minutes to determine the possibility of a refund. This was particularly frustrating considering that I had already been in the establishment for 25 minutes, having ordered two shaken espressos and a dozen donuts.
The most concerning aspect was that Danielle chose to engage in a verbal argument rather than prioritizing the satisfaction of her guests. This behavior has prompted me to discontinue patronizing the establishment and request a refund. It is imperative that managers are not under the influence of substances such as smoking, drinking, or drugs to ensure their composure and professionalism in the morning.

Got my code wrong twice, first was hit when I ordered ice and second was wrong size and had a flavor I’m allergic to. While waiting I ended up waiting in the facility and noticed how filthy it was, if this is how the public spaces are kept I can’t image behind the counter.

INCORRECT ORDER, IMPROPER ADVERTISING, RUDE EMPLOYEES, LONG WAIT TIMES.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

How many times does it take to make a coffee right? I have been here so many times and yet every experience i’m waiting in line for 20 min only to get my basic coffee made wrong. But wait if you try to get it remade you’ll be there for an hour. On top of that the employees give you an attitude on why they are so busy. When I order from the drive through something basic they are quite confused like they haven’t been trained and don’t understand what’s on the menu. They are going to fill the entire cup of ice for your ice coffee. They put out signs for deals before they are even release when you order it they tell you they can’t give it to you. So why would you put the sign out then? This place has lost my business & I will steer people out of the way to not go here anymore. Don’t bother wasting your time and money.
