Great family owned restaurant. Coming from NYC to work in New London, I had the Sopes with bistec and an order of white rice beans and pernil, wow it exceeded my expectations. Probably some of the best Sopes I’ve ever had. Not to mention the great customer service. Definetly coming back if I’m in town.
I wanted to express my appreciation for the friendly and accommodating staff at your establishment. However, I was surprised to see that the cook was not wearing gloves or a hairnet. This is a potential health hazard and I hope that you will take steps to ensure that your cooks are properly attired in the future.
I can't say much about atmosphere, it's downtown Norwich after all and unless you're from out of town, you know what I mean. However the food is ridiculously delicious.
