I ordered 3 burgers for take out. Two burgers were to be made exactly the same, yet all three burgers had the wrong toppings. It was not a complicated order, and the restaurant was not busy. The food is way too expensive to get something so simple wrong. This was an online order, the receipt had the correct order, guess no one read it.

Was very dissatisfied with my visit. A burger, fries, and soda at $28. The $9 fries I expected to get a large quantity but the cup size was small for the price. It tasted good but the price is too insanely high to return for the value given :/

Terrible service, waited 25 mins the staff was so unprofessional they sent costumers away as they only had 3 of them in staff and taina was yelling it thro if by the store not gonna lie its gonna be a long wait, she was eye rolling giving attitude a customer even asked for a refund. Place was a complete mess! The other two workers were working hard and amazing, taina needs to go.

The burgers taste good. The fries are average at best. The price of their food is outrageous. And half the time when I buy a regular fries, which costs 8 dollars, there isn’t even enough fries for two people. There aren’t many places that charge more for fries and hardly anywhere that charges as much for a burger. And there’s a lot of places with better food for less. Patiently waiting for them to be run out of business over their prices.

Decided to go to 5Guys over KFC and regretted it horribly. First I was told they couldnt give me change (empty register), then 37 minutes I waited when there was only 2 orders before mine. When I finally got my food, all the fries were burnt so bad they were hollow inside, and upon arriving home with the food, found out the bacon hamburger I ordered for my extremely lactose intolerant mother had cheese all over it and she can't eat it. Horrible experience, will NOT be returning.

When the fridge stops working, they still give you the patties even when they go bad, also the milkshake machine is cleaned every 2 days
I was really disappointed to see that the manager here had a very visible “666” tattoo. That symbol is offensive to many people and not what you expect to encounter in a family-friendly restaurant. I won’t be eating at Five Guys anymore.

I am a delivery driver and I've been told by multiple customers that they do not appreciate that you wait until the driver arrives to cook the fries. It unnecessarily causes longer lines, poor service, doesn't affect the quality of the food significantly, and most importantly they have to wait even longer while the rest of their food gets cold.
This has been going on for over 5 months.

I really try to stay away from greasy foods and this place is downright greasy. I thought I would just get a grilled cheese sandwich instead of a giant greasy burger. Well, that grilled cheese was pretty, pretty greasy.
