While on vacation from Las Vegas, we had the opportunity to stop by this fantastic restaurant to enjoy some of the best pizza we have ever had. This non-descript hidden gem of a pizza store brings us back to growing up here in Massachusetts and Connecticut. This family run pizza provides you with a cozy atmosphere, an excellent selection of wonderful pizzas, grinders, pasta dishes, etc. and all at a reasonable price. There is plenty of free parking located at the restaurant and the staff will go out of its way to make you feel right at home. They also have a great selection of delicious desserts, if you will even have room. A special thank you goes out to two members of the staff, Dawson and Tasus, who made a time here quite special. If you are ever passing by this location and want to have a delicious pizza, we highly recommend this restaurant.
Small family owned establishment!! Great food been going there for the past 30 plus years of my life, it's a nice lil gem that doesn't get the attention it deserves, hands down best chicken wings, fish n chips I've ever had in my life!! I'm not even gonna mention the pizza!! You can taste the love in every bite provided by Nick and his family at Great oak pizza !!
The pizza and grinders are really good I haven't tried anything else yet on there menu and the staff is very friendly and courteous I would recommend checking it out if you haven't already.

The service! EXCEPTIONAL. They run a well oiled machine. I was in for take out. In town for a basketball tournament. 3 large pizzas were promised in 20 minutes, came out in 19 minutes. The crust was different than I'm used to but it was delicious. A little messy of an eat but I'm not mad about it. Keep up the great work.

Great family own place. Service was very efficient. In less than 15 minutes all the food was served. Wings, french fries, pizza and rice pudding all good quality. Price was very affordable specially in these times and the atmosphere was like me and my wife enjoy, a simple family pizza place. I will recomend.

I called ahead to Great Oak Pizza & picked up a large Philly Cheese Steak grinder with peppers, mushrooms, and onions... The grinder was nice and hot. It was big & sloppy and packed with goodness. I really enjoyed it. The beef was of noticeably good quality, not some low budget grizzle you sometimes find at other places. I spoke with the owner, and he seems like a great guy. It is a family-owned business and they have been here for 20 plus years (and counting). After trying this place out, I could see why they have been here for so long. It is obvious that the ownership takes great pride in the product they put out. I found a nice little spot to woof down half of it quickly and it was Delightful! Once I arrived at my destination I ate the other half. It was just as good, still a decent temperature. I purchased a bag of UTZ chips, which I really like (Best Chip brand there is). I will definitely be trying some of the other options here when I'm working in the area. Somehow, I need to figure out how to properly time arriving in the area and ordering a pizza. Maybe I'll have to take the wife here on the weekend sometime. Bottom Line: Awesome place!

FAKE RUBBERY CHICKEN
My husband and I came in for a chicken cutlet grinder and a chicken parm grinder and I even made sure to ask the waitress if it was good because I know some places don’t serve quality food but I had never been here before so wanted to make sure. She said yes, and then served me fake chicken that was textured like it was rubber. I almost threw up taking one bite of it. I let her know that I was so sorry but I’m pregnant and can’t handle the texture of fake rubbery chicken. My husband also ordered a chicken grinder which he tried to eat because he felt bad and didn’t want to be rude but he also couldn’t get past 3 bites. Instead of offering to take it off the bill or get us something else she just charged us for the entire thing and walked away not even caring at all and I’m not the type to say anything or start confrontation so I honestly left in tears.. all I needed was a nice meal. Especially being pregnant it’s hard to find something you’re in the mood to eat. This was my first time coming here since moving to this area and I will not be back ever.
