The food was absolutely AMAZING! Eric the Bartender was very welcoming! Service was top notch, the atmosphere was just what I needed after a day of traveling! It’s a must visit for me when I am in the area! Cheers!!

3 stars because it smelled a little musty like stagnant dirty water when you first walk in, my co-worker sat in some ketchup on his chair; so kind of instantly gave off a dirty vibe. The food was alright, nothing spectacular; very affordable.

Any place that has both Crown Royal Black and Jameson Black Barrel gets a five star. They charge a dollar for ice in a drink. Odd. Didn't know that ice was top shelf.

Our server was on the top level on a balcony she was very rude didn't greet us We try to talk to her We tried to ask questions about food was she avoided or straight up after she was okay working there she got mad I don't think I'll be going back We ended up going to a steakhouse in Waterford and spending over $100 on food

We met my dad here on Sunday as it's 1/2 way between our homes. I had never been to Norwich or this pub before. It is such a cool place. It's an old factory building with many levels. We went all the way up to the roof top area. It was so neat up there! There were not many people on the patio at 1pm on a hot Sunday but that worked for us. There are many tables and bar seats all under umbrellas. We received good and fast service and the food came out hot and fresh. They have a brunch menu on Sundays. This looks like it would be hoppin on a weekend night. I would return!
