If I could give them 0 stars I would!! Ordered 4 sandwiches Subway puts more meat on there’s than these!!! They didn’t put lettuce and tomato on any of them! Ordered them cut in half and that didn’t happen either!! Will
never go back!!!!!!!!!

I eat at several Jersey Mike location, including Groton Eastern Connecticut and the Hartford area Norwich Jersey Mike stands out! Awesome, great and wonderful all the way around.

I believe they must serve awesome subs, but are understaffed.
I was told there was a wait for hot subs; I told them 3 times NO JALAPEÑOS on the 56. It wound up being full of tiny chopped fire peppers i could not remove or ignore.

Employees were nice and friendly when I entered, but this store gets 2 stars because I proceeded to order 3 subs after a 7 hour Emergency room visit, I finally get home to eat (roughly 30 minutes away) there’s a hair in one of my subs. Not to mention I told them no to certain ingredients on one of my subs, and they still put them on my sandwich.

Half an hour after my online order was placed, my sub wasn’t even started and not a single thing on the grill. 5 people on staff. Got a refund and left.

The employees today don't value their jobs
just make your own at home!!! They do not follow directions to how you want your sandwich made like if they're going to eat it and you're going to pay for it.

i havent eaten the sandwich yet i think they lost it in the oven but the people are really nice and i'm having fun waiting in line :P

Jersey Mike's is a nice place to get a quick sandwich. The menu is extensive. Sometimes I have received too much lettuce on my sandwich; I now ask the staff to go light on the lettuce and juice. Wait time can be longer during traditional meal times. Only once did I have to wait for my order to be completed after I placed an online order. The Norwich location might be a training location, which would explain the high turnover of staff.
