Ordered and paid for a 12 pce family meal at $43.99, got home and unpacked it, only got 8 pcs chicken. 😡. I don’t have time to drive back across town to sort out their problems. Every time we give KFC “one more chance” they mess it up. Never again!! So annoying.
WORST KFC EXPERIENCE EVER: Yesterday, I placed my order ahead at 10:43pm. ETA was 10:50pm. To preface, it was a small order. 2 sandwich combos, 5-piece nuggets and 1 large side. When I arrived at the restaurant, they had me pull up to the window, but at about 11:00pm, my order was not ready which at that time was fine. I went there for a bucket of chicken the chicken tasted horrible. It tasted like it was cooked in old grease and the chicken tasted like it was old and sitting out. I would never eat there again. I would never recommend them to anyone. Waste of money
