Always missing items, last 3 times I ordered here all orders were missing items. The staff is incompetent. They can't even put the lids on the gravy correctly so its all over the inside of the bag. 40 dollars for 8 tenders and instant potatoes, 4 biscuits were missing of course, thats what i was craving, I won't be ordering here again ever.

Extremely busy for a Tuesday. Employees were telling everyone that they are always this busy on Tuesdays, yet they were waiting on chicken. If they are aware of Tuesdays being busier then they should be more prepared by prepping more chicken for the busier period.

These people are rude, don't like to work, and never get the orders correct. They get mad if u tell them and always have an attitude. Worst people work at night.

Chicken Thighs were inedible very slimy, gristle and barely any meat I’ll be checking ANY meal before going back there had to throw it away didn’t feel safe eating it worst 15 dollars spent on food

This place has seriously lost its glow over the years . One day I came through picking up an uber eats order and was told to park in a spot . I watched the line continue to get served for about 20 minutes so then I went back around the drive thru. I asked again about the order and the girl WHO TOLD ME TO PARK gave me an attitude saying " yea next time come in !" And i was like " you told me to park in a spot " and she said " GIRL BYE !" And slammed the service window on me. Another time i came through wanting a frozen baja blast, said they couldnt do it frozen so i said okay ill just do it as a soda then. When i got my cup it was warm and had no ice . The guy at the window told me the store didnt have ice .

Nasty customer service.
They made mistake on my order and when I asked them for the missing stuff, they treated me like I want free food or something. Plus, they never offer sauce and utensils and if you asked them, they get annoyed.

Service here is typically quite bad and slow. I almost ALWAYS have something wrong on my order and the fact this is combined with a Taco Bell makes all of the experiences worse. Also - no Frozen Baja Blast or frozen drinks of any kind; and no app support for either store.
They should open a Taco Bell and make this just a KFC - the combination hurts everything.

Every single time that I’ve given this location chance, I’ve regretted it! They forget at least 1 item every single time. The workers at the window look like they’re strung out. They ask you to pull up to the side then wander around like they don’t know what world they’re in. I’ve wasted money for the last time!
I was amazed by the amazing staff and incredible service. The manager extremely friendly, and hard working as well as her staff. The manager was very kind to her staff yet still strict enough that everything was done in a mannered order. My family has been to a good handful of KFC Taco Bells on the east coast and none have had better food, kinder staff/service, and atmosphere. Not only was the service friendly, but they didn't make order mistakes. We have several vegetarians in our family with order modifications but all that we ordered was perfect.
