Everytime I go to this location & use the drive thru, there's something missing from my order. It's happened so many times that now I pull over and count the peices of chicken in my 12 peice bucket! It's usually short, once it had 8 peices. I go inside & they always apologize & give me the missing items, but if I wanted to go in, I'd have done that in the first place. The other day I counted the peices, it was right, so I went home, only to find the biscuits were missing. I had asked for the receipt & was told it's in the bag...NOT! So, no biscuits, & without the receipt I can't do the survey, so no code for the free fries. That's 2 items they ripped me off for. Never had a problem at the Groton store. Norwich is so much more convenient, but not worth the aggravation. NEVER going back!

Ordered and paid for a 12 pce family meal at $43.99, got home and unpacked it, only got 8 pcs chicken. š”. I donāt have time to drive back across town to sort out their problems. Every time we give KFC āone more chanceā they mess it up. Never again!! So annoying.

Horrible experience. Went through drive through had to pull over and wait 30 min in parking lot before going in to ask for refund lol they had the bag sitting there saying oh this is your order. Get home all 3 sides are coleslaw. When i went on they said yup your fries, mac and cheese and coleslaw. Never ever going back. Excuse was being short staffed, everywhere is short staffed you still get the right food on inder 30
Good morning I don't have nothing against young kids working because that's how they learn how they survive in the future but KFC management needs to setup an adult supervision, I did the top comment long time ago, and I guess they did something, because today day they are really nice. I return today 7/27/25 and they were lost in order. Like 5 people came back for bad order in 40 min I was there eating,

Always missing items, last 3 times I ordered here all orders were missing items. The staff is incompetent. They can't even put the lids on the gravy correctly so its all over the inside of the bag. 40 dollars for 8 tenders and instant potatoes, 4 biscuits were missing of course, thats what i was craving, I won't be ordering here again ever.

Extremely busy for a Tuesday. Employees were telling everyone that they are always this busy on Tuesdays, yet they were waiting on chicken. If they are aware of Tuesdays being busier then they should be more prepared by prepping more chicken for the busier period.
These people are rude, don't like to work, and never get the orders correct. They get mad if u tell them and always have an attitude. Worst people work at night.
