Not sure where some bad reviews come from but it’s a hidden gem! It’s kinda hard to find authentic Chinese food after visiting New London, but this place is good to go and the staffs are friendly as well. We ordered the spring roll, tso chicken, some sushi, and sweet sour soup — everything was fresh and flavorful. The spring rolls were crispy, the chicken perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce not too heavy, and even the sushi was a nice surprise. The heart looks so cute. The soup was especially delicious with veggies. 👍 highly recommended Definitely one of the best spots around if you are visiting Mystic or New London areas.

Undercooked chicken and when I kindly asked the manager she started to scream ,taking back the food (chicken fried rice) giving back my money. She tried to say it was cooked but it was really white and I just wanted to ensure what I was consuming would be safe. Wouldn’t recommend all. She was really rude

so last night on a whim i decided that my pregnancy craving for sushi was strong enough to order out, i ordered $100 dollars worth of items. me and my boyfriend were so grossed out by the food that we barely ate. the avocado roll smelled fishy, california rolls smelled unbelievably fishy and had fake crab. the two worst things we received were the hot and sour soup and the fried dumplings. the hot and sour soup had a weird after taste almost as if it had fish of some sort rotting close by, the meat inside of the fried dumplings tasted like this was rotten

We order delivery from here every time we want Chinese. At first, it was just because it's close by, but we keep coming back because the delivery is quick and the food is very good. I have enjoyed everything I've ordered from Lucky House and will be a loyal customer as long as I live in Norwich!

Always great food - the free delivery is what keeps me and my family ordering from here.
The sushi is excellent, and my partner is a big fan of their crab Rangoon. We've ordered from them several times and nothing has ever been bad that we've gotten.
Couldn't tell you what the restaurant itself is like, but this is for sure a great place to have deliver.
Prices aren't too bad - it isn't cheap cheap, but it certainly isn't expensive.
Best Asian cuisine in the area that I've tried, and I've lived here my whole life.
My partner who is from the West Coast (where Asian cuisine is phenomenal, I'd imagine due to proximity) says that this is the only restaurant on the East Coast that they've had that is just as good as what they've had on the West Coast - and they've lived in many different states on both sides of the country.
Tldr yes you should order from here.

Definitely lacking of flavor, greasy, no meat inside chicken fingers just a lot of batter, and wonton soup definitely not like any other wonton soup I’ve had (probably the worse I’ve ever had) wontons are soggy and inside is lacking meat. Don’t recommend if you want something worth the taste and money. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Will not be ordering from here again. $31 dollars plus tipping for delivery later. The pork fried rice was kinda good. If you’re feelin Lucky, this definitely isn’t where you’re gonna find it. Fortune cookies were tasty though.🥸

I have eaten a lot of Chinese and Japanese food. Whoever is in the kitchen here makes delicious food with soul. It tastes good, and it is light, so you can just keep eating. Complex enough flavor from simple and delicious ingredients. Couldn't recommend enough. Delivery is also fast, and easy. Thank you very much lucky house!
