I stop by at midnight after a long shift. Order a 10 piece nugget meal and ask for cookies the guys taking my order doesn’t even let me finish my words interruptive while I’m in the middle of ordering. Said he didn’t have the cookies I immediately door dash them from the same Mcds that claim that they were out. Point of this is that the person was rude and unprofessional. Unnecessary didn’t want to make cookies because he doesn’t want to work too hard no other customers around. Just poor establishment.

I really wish they'd train their noobs that ICED COFFEE at this franchise does NOT mean hot coffee poured over ice and it surely doesn't mean without cream/sweetner. There is a standardization for these drinks. I buy them for the consistency, have for over a decade.Very tired of getting undrinkable sludge with my McDelivery orders. Y'all do it on purpose because I can't hand it back at the window.Nobody wants their ICED coffee like plain ol bean water and ice. I mean nobody. If someone does, they usually ask for it specifically. There's even an option to select that specifically-which I didn't do
Me and the hubby came through the drive thru and ordered. we got all the way back to our hotel room just to realize they had forgotten our fish sandwiches. So we called the store and went back. No questions asked they replaced the whole order, apologized for the inconvenience, and we left.
