Groton McDonald's close to the airport terrible stopped in this morning to get a small coffee and a fish filet they said they don't offer fish filet after a certain in the morning bc it takes too long to make and they need to keep the line moving in drive thru. In all my years of eating at McDonald's I never heard of such a thing. Then the boy that was working drive thru who told was rude and curt. Then when I got my coffee and cookies the back of my tongue felt numb and I started having stomach cramps immediately after consuming. I think the rude kid put something in my coffee. He shouldn't be working at McDonald's and they should offer FISH FILET AT 12:30 in the morning. 😠😫😡

This is par for the course. The attendant wasn’t very friendly but she was competent enough to take my order with out any mistakes. The rest room was clean and stocked. The food wasn’t as best as it could be but it was passable. The lobby was clean and the drink station was stocked and orderly. Aside from a lid dispenser in disarray. I would give the place another shot.
In the last week or 2 there have been new faces at this location and they are not friendly and take no pride in their job at all! I'm here everyday to get my drinks when I go to work and whomever the new GM is, you are making bad decisions in the employees you recently put there! Some of them have no personality and barely talk let alone smile. Do better!

I try not to go here anymore. The people that work there are normally rude. I just don't like it there. I have said so on surveys, but it hasn't changed. And McDonald's has become crazy expensive for fast food.

the people that work the night here are rude as hell, & by all the other reviews it seems like literally nothing is getting done about it. honestly sad these people feel this miserable just spread it to everyone passing by, & have no motive to change anything about it
