No refills for your soft drink, and it's not posted. When you ask for a refill, that's when they tell you that at that location you can't get one.

The girl tried 6 times to get my order and got it wrong and still would have been faster to walk to five guys than use the drive through. I gave up and took the wrong food.

Hours are misleading and when trying to inquire about the hours the employees will not be helpful.

I have been there a few times recently over a couple of weeks for Dinner. The app to order and employees there are fantastic and the expiditing of my order have been great.
BUT, the dining room area needs effort. Each time I have visited this restaurant, toward the evening, there is food underneath the tables, on the dining room floor, used french fries container from previous customers and the tabletops (each different one that I sat at) are dirty and sticky. Each one that I sat at I had to use several napkins as a buffer between my food and the tabletops.
I DID NOT want to take images to embarrass their management team and McDonald's but this location needs to get their act together with their dining room area when it comes to cleanliness, a decent image and for consumers who prefer to eat at your location of McDonald's
What an excellent location right off Rte 395.
Very disappointed.

I was in town for work in Norwich Connecticut and I really believe that most management teams recognize that responding correctly is very important for a Business as with the McDonald's in Norwich, Connecticut on Salem Turnpike.
Thank You and to the shift manager and dining room employee on duty this night. I attached a few pics of this beautiful McDonald's restaurant right off exit 11 395 north.

Worst experience at a McDonald's... they got my order wrong when I went back to tell them the situation, the manager chose to ignore me and cut me off mid sentence before closing the window in my face and walking away

Their burgers are the size of White Castle burgers. They charge so much money. Ridiculous

The female person taking the drive-thru order is very rude. I asked a question and she doesn’t answer. Besides that the food was good and the rest of the coworkers were professional.

I ordered food through the mobile app and waited for a long time. When I asked the waiter and showed her my electronic bill, she said that she needed the order number, but doesn't the electronic bill have the order number? She said that someone else might have taken your order. Oh my god, it wasn't me who took it. Was it my fault? As a result, I checked the bank and the money for the order was deducted, but I couldn't get my food. It was a very unpleasant physical examination!

We ordered 2 mocha frappe with no whip cream. We received two frappes with whip cream after a 10 minute wait. So much for fast food !!!!!

What is happening with you?
Customer service in America is definitely dead. End of the story. A white servant served cold fries, not even luck warm. It is like these white folks are not proud to be Americans, I don't hold the establishment accountable but rather the mentality of these folks. So sad to see America going down the drain.
