I think Mi Casa is the best Mexican restaurant in NL county. I love the food and the staff has always been great. It’s a hidden gem in Norwich!

SCAMMERS!!! I ordered food online and when I arrived to pick it up the price almost DOUBLED. When I inquired why they wouldn’t give me an answer. The food wasn’t even good 1/5. STAY AWAY!!

Normally if it were open would give it a better rating. We tried for 2 days calling but no answer? Finally just drove down and it was closed? We understand things happen during this awful pandemic however someone should at least post that they ate closed temporarily so customers like myself would not go there and find it closed.

Its no longer MiCasa Its now at Rancho Tropical-Not the same food and I was charged $3 more than what was on line for Enchilada Ranchero.2 customers in there both without masks-Food was bland-refried beans was not what it used to be-I loved Mi Casa-this place-not so much

If you like mi casa, stay far away from this place. THIS IS NOT MI CASA! They straight lied to us when we called and asked if this was mi casa. They said YES. The only positive thing that could be said is the food is edible. That’s it. I could have made something better in my microwave and I am a terrible chef. Will try to include pictures of what they charged us THIRTY DOLLARS FOR!!! (Steak quesadilla, and an order of guacamole chips) in case I can’t include pictures, visualize an incompetent six year old prepared the order. Half empty quesadillas, and a lump of guacamole dumped under a pile of chips. That’s it.
I called in an order at 7:20pm they told me 40 minutes and that they were located at 3 Broadway now. I show up to 3 broadway at 8pm. No one is answering the phone i called over 5 times. The person inside had no idea wth I was talking about. I kept calling and no answer. Good thing I didn’t pay on the phone.

We had a wonderful takeout meal from Mi Casa tonight! It doesn’t get better then this, we do miss the wonderful staff.

Team Us 2K enjoyed a nice lunch at this restaurant. We had Steak tacos, Goat meat tacos with rice and beans which were delicious. Drinks included a Patron Margarita and a Sunrise Margarita. Service was a little slow as there was only one server at the time waiting on 5 tables and making the drinks at the bar. Overall, a nice place to come for lunch.
