Moe's Southwest Grill

The dining area and food service area were both dirty. The food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. There were no other customers when I arrived and only pick up customers while I was there. It seems like they are only in business because of online orders.

Moses way better than Chipotle, I am so sad that they closed down in Rhode Island. Every time I go to Connecticut I make sure to go to Moe's because their food is fresh and delicious and they have lots of options.

Food here is literally so gross. We had lunch around noon and it was evident that a great deal of the product was leftover from the night before, including the rice, guac and veg. The salsas at the bar tasted old and terrible. To be candid, we only ate here because I had some very old Moe's gift cards and I was glad we were able to unload them. I would never step foot in this place again.

I went like right after open around 11am before I was off to work and bought 3 burritos for myself and some buddies. The chips were already some how stail and then I also got some salsa from the slasa bar and when we all say down to eat our food I used some of the green salsa and it was sour and rancid so we're the rest of the flavors, all expired 🤢, the pico de giao was slimey, and the chicken was burnt all together it was just $38 wasted on crap. I like Moe's but I highly do not recommend this one here in Norwich!! 🌯🤢🤮

Mess up orders frequently and don’t answer the phone.

Shouldn't have stayed. Server was busy preparing what must have been an online order/s. No one else in the restaurant. Zero acknowledgement.
About 6 minutes after arriving she took my order. Not friendly. But she cheerfully asked me to enter the tip amount when completing my transaction. Complete BS tipping a take out order with abysmal service for overpriced food. Never again!

Expensive slop. Careless staff. No reason to return unless I'm starving. They didn't check any questions of ingredients as if they memorized

The team at Moe's restaurant in Norwich Connecticut is the best plus the the highest management

On Friday 5/2 at 2:30pm, I purchased a bowl from this Moe’s in between EMS calls. I attempted to fill my water bottle with their touch screen dispenser and got yelled at. They said I can’t fill my own water bottle. I asked for a cup and they said they wouldn’t give me a cup. They said I would need to buy a water bottle. This is all after I showed military ID at the register. I had to walk across the parking lot to Popeyes who had no problem letting me fill my water.

Just got 2 of the smallest nachos that I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve never finished my own nacho from Moe’s before but today I ate all of mine, half of my wife’s and washed it down with dessert. I’ll be back never since there are PLENTY of other places to get nachos. Keep this up and you’ll save tons of money on overhead when customers stop coming & you don’t need to pay employees or rent.
