Staff was very unprofessional. I had to ask for sour cream three times to even get it ..when I was rang up on my order they charged me for a burrito for $15 I never even ordered so I had to go back and have them take it off. Their tortillas are different now so it’s like you’re eating a quesadilla made with two wet paper towels! it does not crisp. Taking another 6 month break from here.

Go in on a Monday I ask the only employee behind the counter if there is still a monday special for the bowl? He said yes its $10 includes chips and soda. Great ill have that please. When he ask me what type of meat I ask" is it extra for the steak"? He says no "no extra". So then a female employee takes over on the veggie side to complete my order and she proceeds to ring me up. She also ask if I would like a soda? I refused but asked for a cup for water. She gives me a pee size cup even thou a soda was included. Here is the best part she rings me up and it over 15$. I ask her why is it so much your. Your coworker said it is a Monday special for $10? She says oh u have to order it online. Well why wasn't I told that when I politely asked upon ordering? Absolutely ridiculous!!! where is the hon esty or integrity? If you mis spoke or mis informed your customer you should honor what you just said and give me the price I was told. Why should i feel guilty about something Moe's employees screwed up on? I have had other issues at this particular Moe's and that the reason I hardly ever go there and won't for a long time. Save Athens headach and go to Chipoltes or anywhere else.Thanks for another horrible memorable experience that I will share with others.

I was in the area for work and decided to stop by Moe's to grab some dinner. There are a lot of chain restaurants in the area, but this at least seemed like it would be a healthier option than some of the others. The restaurant looked pretty standard, but empty. I'm guessing this is more of a takeout place, definitely very casual. The employees were really friendly and provided a nice portion of food!As for the food itself, it was pretty decent, but nothing amazing. The steak had an interesting flavor profile, not exactly what I think of when I think Mexican, but not necessarily bad. I was happy to see my bowl came with a bag of chips. Usually for something like Chipotle, I eat everything in one sitting, but this was enough for two meals! For fast casual, this place is a win for me.

Moe's is a good Mexican restaurant but for my money there's several Chinese restaurants in the area that make an excellent house lo mein for about half the price. Moe's large burrito and a bottle of Sprite was 16 and change. I think the house loan at chopsticks is actually better tasting healthier and about half the price.

This location is the worst. If you order in person you will get what you order. If you do an online order they won’t even fill the burrito with extra selected. It’s very annoying

Taco Bell, chipotle, or Moe’s? This is halfway between a Taco Bell and chipotle . Chipotle in my opinion has bigger portions and taste

Not that everyone hollered out "Welcome to Moes", staff were friendly and efficient in getting the order out for To-Go. Food appeared to be fresher than the other quick burrito place, Chipotle. Facility was clean.

Ordering nachos with queso on the side, this place tries to give me a small salsa container of the queso. I tell the guy, it's a cup, not an ounce. He replys saying this is the side we give here.
