Very disappointed ? if that is what the heart of "Philly" cheese steak is supposed to taste like,next time I will pass .the steak had no flavor , zero taste .I got it home and had to add additional seasoning and let's talk about the fries wayyyyyyy to salty ..I think I now have hypertension... on a score of 1 to 10 it's a. -1 and it's way over priced for the size . Money wasted ....

Since they opened, I've always loved this place. My wife is originally from the greater Philly area and has a hankering for a proper cheese steak now and then. She's given some uninspiring reviews of some of the other local cheese steak places. Philly's on the other hand not only checks all the boxes, but she takes her family there when they come to visit. 10/10 do recommend.

Absolutely amazing cheesesteak sandwiches and fries!! We ate them so fast I forgot to take pictures of them ?
First visit. Monday, late afternoon, restaurant was quiet between lunch and dinner hours. Gentleman taking the order was very pleasant. Ordered the Broad St cheesecake. Well.prepared. bread was soft, yet had a satisfying chew. The beef was thinly sliced, generously proportioned and covered w Cheese Whiz, as well as provolone, peppers, etc. About the size of a normal small.local grinder, this was delicious, hot and just a tiny bit messy. It was served in a paper lined, paper box basket. I could have used a fork, but did not ask for or notice any. The interior of the restaurant is clean and simple, with ample seating, including counter stoll seating. It's definitely worth trying, and tastes like the Philly Sandwiches at Geno's. Their sandwich menu includes plenty of chicken options as well.

I love the decorations which featured the Phillies logo I’m a New Yorker but I’ll let it slide lol go yanks but the food is most definitely a representation of what Philadelphia food is supposed to be!! I’m definitely coming back!!

I realized the other day I had not ever had a Legit philly cheesesteak only what I could normally get around here. Remembered this place existed and decided to try it for the first time after reading reviews. I am supremely satisfied, it was delicious. I can't speak to how it compares to cheesesteaks from Philly but its delicious either way.
