I go to this Popeyes pretty often and I always receive the best service . Always beyond helpful and attentive , suggesting things and just telling me what combo is normally closest to what I’m getting and help me make the change . What really stands out though is the all around upstream of positivity that comes from the staff. Specifically the person at the window during my visit . Ive ran in to them twice now and there was no difference between the first time and the second time . Just an all around genuinely good person who loves there job , and enjoys smiling . They are always beyond polite , respectful, and all around nice . Without a doubt the best service that I get in all of fast food and even most restaurants these days . Thank you for the amazing service .

Waited an hour while other people had to wait an hour as well. Gave 1 group and extra cup of rice for free for waiting. What did the rest of us get...nothing. attitudes all up and through there and why has the restaurant been open but your just now making wings that took an hour to be ready? Bathroom was dirty. There was a fly in the lobby. Everyone was annoyed. I should have got a free upgraded size on my drink or side or SOMETHING. Absolutely ridiculous. There was people missing sides after having to wait so long. There was people who wanted to order more but had to wait so long they said forget the extra stuff. Then they say thanks for waiting we hope you come back. NEVER. AND MY BISCUITS WERE HARD AS ROCKS.

We ordered a five piece spicy chicken meal, and a mashed potato without gravy, and a lemonade and sweet tea. After ordering online we find out. The chicken was plain not spicy, there were 4 tiny wings and a thigh, and it was room temperature. They forgot to give us the second mashed potato but then couldn't provide it due to not wanting to make a fresh batch due to all current ones being premade with gravy already; they did provide a large side dish of our choosing as replacement. The lemonade we ordered was no longer being served at that location so we swapped it for another, and the sweet tea tasted like water. The sauces are an additional charge that they're strict about, but then try to pass off their wing sauce as the classic sweet heat sauce when they clearly just filled the little containers in store.
Maybe the manager was just having a bad day and it was reflected in the service but we will not be returning.

Wish i could say they messed up my order but i stood there for 7 minutes with 2 people in front of me. One person got seeved and i tapped out, couldnt wait any longer. I left. I saw 3 workers 2 of them doing nothing to help out the one girl who was doing everything.

I don’t know what’s going on with Connecticut fast food places but I can say they are going down hill. I’ll never order from here again, almost $15 down the drain. The beans and rice was horrible no beans in my rice and Mac & cheese dried !!!

We had to wait 30 minutes for an order we placed 15 minutes prior. No customers at the drive thru or in store. There was enough workers in the store but there wasn't a sense of urgency. They opted to give us other items before cooking what we actually ordered. Maybe they need to prepare the mobile orders as soon as they're received so we can get our food on time.

I ordered the buy one get one 6 piece wings for 8.99 and was only given one order of wings. When I tried to contact the store several times no one picked up the phone. I had to order wings from somewhere else spending more money

I've been here many times and although the staff is friendly, I've never gotten an order that was more than 50% correct. Something is always missing or wrong. But I keep going back because what am I gonna do, not get Popeyes?
