Stopped in there this morning around 6:00 a.m. asked for a black Sumatra. The counter person was very polite and told me that they don't have Sumatra. I've been on the road traveling from South Carolina up every Starbucks that I stopped at had Sumatra I don't get it very very disappointed in so far as that's the only one besides the seasonal that I like.

I only do call ahead, but its always ready when I get there. Parking is a bit tricky but its always busy. Great sign of a popular place.

I haven't had Starbucks so I don't really know how the food or drinks are but when you get here there may not be any where to park so keep that in mind otherwise the employees can be helpful depending on whose working

Very average as to the Starbucks quality. My Cortado was far from excellent due to the thin foam. It's an inconsistent product.

The staff here gave Me a terrible experience today. All my food and drinks were ready and it took them over 20 minutes to put it in a bag after asking several times for assistance. I feel ignored and treated poorly. Everything here is so expensive and this is the service I get???? I do not recommend this location. The parking lot is tiny and a risk of a accident feels likely.

There were 5 employees behind the counter in different locations and obviously very busy except for one. I couldn't quite figure out what her role was. I literally stood at the register for 4-5 minutes without a simple acknowledgement such as "We'll be right with you". Finally the customer behind me asked the barista if he could summons some help for us. She came from the back with a trash bag in her hand. Don't they teach their employees to simply acknowledge the customer no matter how busy they are? That's "Customer Service 101"!!?? And if that were me, the first thing I would have said is "sorry to keep you waiting".

Visited this location over a year ago and it was a challenge, to say the least l. It was packed with people, a long wait and borderline chaotic.

Returned for a visit last week and it was night and day - lovely, under control, good systems in place and friendly people. The barista even came around from her side of the counter and hand-delivered my coffee to me.
