There were 5 employees behind the counter in different locations and obviously very busy except for one. I couldn't quite figure out what her role was. I literally stood at the register for 4-5 minutes without a simple acknowledgement such as "We'll be right with you". Finally the customer behind me asked the barista if he could summons some help for us. She came from the back with a trash bag in her hand. Don't they teach their employees to simply acknowledge the customer no matter how busy they are? That's "Customer Service 101"!!?? And if that were me, the first thing I would have said is "sorry to keep you waiting".

Visited this location over a year ago and it was a challenge, to say the least l. It was packed with people, a long wait and borderline chaotic.
Returned for a visit last week and it was night and day - lovely, under control, good systems in place and friendly people. The barista even came around from her side of the counter and hand-delivered my coffee to me.
Ordered online. Simple order- peppermint mocha no whip cream. Half full venti with other half being whipped cream

The wait time here was crazy and the service was disorganized. People behind us in line were getting orders filled before folks that had been waiting before we were in line. The shop is unappealing and not well kept. Not planning to return.

Get their supper early before you get even a moderate amount of people wanting coffee. Cause if not, you will be waiting in line for a very long time. The drive through gets backed up often. I'm not too sure where the problem was but a lot of the time I dread going here just because I know I'll be waiting a long time for a simple coffee and I don't like dunkin' donuts

Parking was not adequate, the way the drive thru is designed folks where in the way of folks trying to drive into the parking lot and those trying to drive out of the parking lot.
