I haven't had subway in years. I was happy with the meat n veggies however the bread was hard not fresh at all. Might stay away because of the bread

I went at around 8:20 40 min before closing and not only was it a mess they didn't have anything left the tomatoes they had left were not edible. The hard ones u can just tell by site. Then no spinach or any thing and the sandwich station was a mess too and I asked if they had anything left and they said no but I've worked for subway and I know things are pre-portioned and so I said r u saying that just because ur closing in 40 min and he said ya. I ended up leaving. . The whole goal is to have customers return. It's not like they were closing in 5 they were closing in 40 minutes. They just wanted a easier closing. I ended up going to Lisbon subway that closes at the same time and told her about my experience and she was dumb founded cus there's always proportions in the back fridge. Lisbon subway is cleaner.. kinder. And on top of their job. Just drive a few minutes more and skip this subway. All three guys working looked miserable too and prob mess around more then do their job.

The new foot long nachos are really good. Suprising Subway has not already done this sooner. The Toppings on them make them special with that cheese sauce. The actual sandwich was good I feel like Subway has become so expensive that I do not order that often but the deals in the Subway app make it a little more worth it. The staff during the day seem kinda rude they visibly look irritated and made me feel more rushed than welcomed to actually be in the store.

Dont order online to this location. Nine times out of ten it will be wrong.
Cannot make this stuff up. Ordered at 4:30pm for pickup to be ready at 4:45pm. It is currently 5:30pm and i am still waiting for my order. It said it was ready at 4:45. This place honestly is a joke.

White young lady super rude! Came in 8:30 in the morning and started the interaction with a horrible attitude, it seems like she hates her job and if she hates it so much then she should stay home. I was going to ask for her name to list it here but I keep my composure, she literally was tossing my sandwich everywhere.

Understaffed, slow and RUDE. My online order was 15 minutes late. It was 3:00pm and there was 1 person behind the counter and multiple customers. The server was obviously overwhelmed and was slamming things around. I politely said “Thank You” when I finally got my food only to be given a nasty look. I’m so glad I tipped ahead of time in the app!!

I went to this Subway today and thought it was a dark gloomy place to put it but it was welcoming at the door by Ally and Quinn. Ally made a great sandwich and for the first time I can say I was impressed by this Subway because of how the sandwich was made. Thank you both. Best Regards.

One star given only for the lovely lady that was working closing tonight trying to remain composure as everything was happening and her manager couldnt be bothered ti answer the phone.

I will not be returning to this location. They are borderline scamming with online orders. I placed an order back in october to this store accidently and called and cancelled it over the phone immediately as there is no way to cancel it in the app once it is submitted. I was assured i would get my money refunded. It was not ever refunded. Fast forward to December and 9 phone calls from me to the store with no return call from the manager. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank to get my money back.

Now we have tonight’s fiasco of me being in the area and actually wanting to pick up an order here and giving them another shot. Show up and they only have one poor lady working and a whole bunch of orders. As she’s working she lets everyone know that she is out of several ingredients. Most of which were my entire order. I mention i placed an order that contained like all of those ingredients. She has no clue how to get me my refund (not her fault). Calls her manager several times and it goes straight ti voicemail. Texts and asks questions no returned texts. Now i am yet again without my money to this store with no option for refund other than hope the Manager can actually find the time to do her job and get my money back to me all while i now have to spend more money to get something for dinner in place of my grinders.

Stopped in to pickup lunch 11/26/24 and although it was busy, the gentleman working had fantastic customer service and made a beautiful sandwich.

I entered the establishment Saturday evening, there were 2 employees visible; one wiping down the tables for dining in and the other behind the counter working. I was greeted by both. The gentleman who I placed the order with went above and beyond for me! Regardless of the fact that I had multiple sandwiches to order. He did a great job answering any questions I had about the menu. Upon cashing out, I noticed they had my favorite cookies, although they were a bit overcooked. I began to state the obvious to the young lady who was (now) at the register, but before I could finish my passive complaint, the gentleman placed a pan of fresh baked cookies on the counter. I had already made a comment to him about my favorite cookies,he noticed they didn't look pleasant and immediately made a new batch before I was finished being rung up. The young lady then explained that there had been new hires recently and that this may be the reason for the overcooked cookies. I swear I'm not a Karen!!!! This review is to simply commend this employee for his hard work ethic and thoughtfulness! I will definitely be visiting again!

Atmosphere the same as other subways . You know they are all similar .
Need more tuna to justify the high prices.
My friend ( hip replacement) wanted subway .
I'll make some tuna fish at his house next time as I boycott high prices .
