I usually order for my three roommates and the food is always mixed up, recently wanted to try the new Nashville hot fry bowl that comes with coleslaw and pickles but got it with mashed potatoes and corn. And ordered a grilled cheese burrito but got some other one with mostly beans

Do not order from this taco bell/KFC. This location always sucks and never gives you fresh or good quality food. I just ordered the deluxe cravings box with the dippers and it was a waste of money. The dippers are not made as advertised. They are literally the size of the dipping size cup when made at this location. I never have a good experience at this place. I called and let them know and they told me this is why we donāt advise people to order the burrito dippersā¦ Smh. I hate that locate. Do not waste your time or money.

I did not expect much , not only is it fast food but i read some of the reviews before coming, but i was pleasantly suprised. Everyone was super nice , they were all laughing with eachother and they were very accommodating. They added a 2 piece meal to their menu for $5, which is definitely nice with the prices increasing everywhere . I also got my food pretty quickly and it was fresh and hot. I can not complain!

This place cannot get your order correct!! I ordered a chalupa and it wasn't hard as a rock! To top it off Manager Mellissa is so rude to her employees. I over heard her talking to employees and she treats them like garbage. Talks to them with no respect at all. I will never come back to this location. Not a happy atmosphere at all. Also I peaked behind the counter it's disgusting, don't eat here! They're very dirty.

Listen. I love Taco Bell. I also appreciate food service workers so much, and would never want to do your jobs. However, the last couple times Iāve come to the drive thru, my order has been incorrect. Today I ordered 3 soft taco supremes. What did I get in my bag? 2 regular soft tacos. No sour cream. So Iām missing an entire taco, and paid extra for sour cream arhat I didnāt get. This is not the first time items have been missing or have been incorrect. I should not have to open every single item to make sure it was made correctly. Please do better.

It was the worst experience. The two ladies were arguing about a customer ahead of us, holding our food captive. It took almost 15 minutes to receive our order, and most of what we received was incorrect.
