I've been to These Guys a Few times and always have a nice time just catching up with friends in a friendly atmosphere. The people who work there are so kind and sociable. The burgers are truly great. This winter vegetable risotto is definitely worth a try! I've barely had risotto but I swear it's like heaven in your mouth! So good. It is a very small menu which is actually great because it means it's curated and they've focused on a few dishes they know they can do super well. And they do do them super well! The photo is not great cause there are some spots in the place that are super dark but you can tell even in the plating how much care goes into every dish they send out. I love how the risotto is flowing out of the pumpkin. It's not only picture worthy but the pumpkin was yummy too! I always ask at any brewery what their "fave" beers are and choose from that. And I believe I got this lemonade.. shandy or something? So so good! I've never had a beer that's disappointed here to be honest. I really do recommend if you're looking for a calm atmosphere for dinner on a weekday. My next goal is to try their brunch!

This place is the real deal! If you are looking for craft beer AND amazing food, you have found it! We ordered the Nachos and Hazy Hookup beer. I have visited a lot of restaurants and these were the best nachos I've had! The beer was cold and tasty. We ordered the brewhouse burger and mentioned that we were going to split it, so it came out on a separate plate for each of us! This leads to how great our server was! Tim was attentive, but chill and helped us thoroughly enjoy our drinks and dinner. We will definitely be back!

Great spot overall. Food is usually consistent. The wings are generally pretty crispy and I love them. There have been a time or 2 when the wings were not crispy and 1 time I got a couple wings a little bit undercooked. I try not to complain, and honestly GENERALLY they’re great! I hate to even say this, but I’m honest in my reviews. I’m sure they would fix the issue if I had said something. But I never did. I just threw out the 2 undercooked ones. (They were the largest wings of the bunch) ANYWAY, I’ve had enough food here to say it’s a really great place overall and I generally don’t have any issue with the food. It’s super good and generally fully cooked. I think the one time was just a fluke. No one’s perfect. I’ve been since and it’s NEVER happened again.
