This place is absolutely awful tonight I ordered delivery and received my Rueben’s with a slice of corned beef on them so I was basically paying $16 for a grilled chz unsatisfied I brought it back where I was greeted with a are you Kimberly and I respond with yes and he tells me how I gave him a 1 star review tells me he doesn’t want me to order from them again my orders are too demanding 😂 in the ordering process you choose what u want and don’t and then there’s a box for special instruction I just rewrite what I’ve selected and ask for my fries to be separate and vented (because they get soggy) so asking for my fries separate is apparently too demanding.

Food is great and have ordered many times but their delivery driver driving blue Honda civic has almost rear ended me twice…. Once about a month ago after I just picked food up from them almost hit me in my Honda and again today I hate to have to leave this review but is really unsafe and has been inch from hitting me twice…

Got the baked cod dinner last night and it was very dry and the pieces were 2 little squares. I've gotten occum pizza before and you should get much bigger and better quialty pieces. The pizza was good cold but alright. Never again cause whoever sent that dinner out seen it and okd it. Don't recommend.

Gave it another try and once again it was wrong! Ordered chicken bacon ranch pizza added broc! They forgot the broccoli, very disappointing when you are craving something!

I think I can confidently say that ordering food from this restaurant was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had eating take out.
To begin, for the food itself, it was very disappointing. The sauce on the pizza had little to no flavor, crust was very soft and somewhat soggy and the cheese was also bland.
The service I received was polite and quick, however, I noticed confusion regarding my order since I had ordered online and the store seemed not have a ticket for my order as normal, though it was still being made, a bit confusing.
The above culminates into a rather upsetting experience of spending a large amount of money on pizza, just to get home and have it taste like wet cardboard. I truly believe I would’ve rather eaten a frozen pizza from the grocery store. The money I spent on three pizzas was an absolute waste and I recommend others do not make the same mistake.

The food isn't bad chicken wings good mozzarella good grinders great pizza no flavor but people are great wish they would put seasoning in sauce or use mozzarella cheese

Today, I placed a pickup order that included a pie. When the girl at the register handed me my food, she told me to grab it on the way out and clearly pointed at the cooler. I grabbed the pie and left, to discover (once I was already in the car) that they had actually already placed the pie in a brown bag and put it in the bag she handed me.
When I got out to the car, some other woman approached my vehicle, and without identifying herself as even being an employee, said "did you just walk out without paying for something?" as to accuse me of stealing. She caught an attitude before demanding it back.
I have eaten here for months with no issue, but I am extremely upset with the clear lack of professionalism from this woman. Coming up to my vehicle was already inappropriate enough, but to accuse me of stealing instead of politely saying that she had already put the pie in my bag was extremely wrong.
