So my aunt and I came to get some food we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and two six-piece chicken nuggets and we got home and there was only one six-piece chicken nugget earlier when we got in the car with the food I dropped the bag so we had thought the other six piece chicken nuggets fell so we went to the car to check but there was nothing there we even had checked the other bag so we got upset because my aunt paid for two six pieces, I mean the food was still good but I was hungry.

Don't ever order here from door dash someone came took my food and neither doorsash or Wendy reimburseme me for the money the people are not helpful all they said is we are sorry someone took your food like really it was a 30$ order if it was just a 5 dollar order I wouldn't care but it was 30$ not happy and won't be back to this burger joint at all McDonald's would've just gave me the money with no problem.

Food took to long to make then they forgot my fried nuggets and straw so when I pulled back through to get the rest of my order they acted snarky and like they didn't forget half my order and when I showed the receipt the worker scoffed something under his breath

Horrible experience last night. The girl at the counter claimed the computer was not working, so I could not order a combo meal. However that must have been a flat out lie because she could still scan my app and do everything else. So I had to pay almost double for my order because apparently no one here can figure out how to ring up a combo meal. Not to mention she was very short with me at the window.

Sucked, ordered online, amd said the food would be ready in "5 minutes" yet it took me longer than that to get there. Then i got there and my food sat on the counter while i waited for over 10 minutes for them to get it together. Then get home, 5 mibs away, all the foods cold. Borh fries were in the bag upside down. Complete was of time and money. Never again. Why order online if it take 5 tines longer?
