I used to order other place , I did not know what is pizza tested like after I order pizza from wings n pies , never going to order pizza from other place, they have very old fashioned to make pizza , sauces are very good balance

Mr. Jose Sanchez, "owner", don't know if that is his real name or real title.Was extremely disrespectful and has horrible customer service, both on the phone and in person. He started to scream and call me all types of disrespectful names, when I was explaining to him that his customer service needed to be fixed. When I put my order through the phone and asked if he needed a name he stated that he couldn't take one because "he was too busy" and hung up. He also said he was going to give me my money back so I can leave. I put the pizza box on his countertop and he grabbed the pizza box went around the counter and started to PUSHED me out the store with the pizza box. Still did not give me my money back, he threatened to call the police which I have no problem because he put his hands on me! I spent $26 at this place with no issue, I want my money back and an apology from this man, Mr. Jose Sanchez.0 stars for HIS customer service.I'm a young woman and a Store Manager where I live, and I would NEVER treat anyone the way he treated me. I will be filing a police report for him putting his hands on my person.!I hope the cameras work as well because the way he was acting was extremely hostile and scary. I would never recommend this spot to anyone, especially if you have children. If he was willing to put his hands on me, I wouldn't want to imagine if I had taken my child with me.Not a family friendly person or place!

Haven't ordered here in a long time.Figured we'd give it another shot.Oh boy disappointed again. We ordered pizza which was excellent and we also ordered three meals which all included Fry's a steak and cheese grinder chicken fingers in a meatball sub both sandwiches came with mayo lettuce and tomato who puts lettuce and tomato on a meatball sub? A meatball sub and a steak and cheese grinder should come plain you only put stuff on it if asked. And then we got a giant bowl of community fries I guess we're back to the drawing board to find a place with good food.

So I live in Florida and today I called to place a delivery for my mom. I placed the order and when I gave him the address he refused the delivery. He said my mom needs to come down and meet them at the lock box. My mom is legally blind. I feel they violated the ADA. They have made deliveries there before for my mom. They even deliver through Uber and that’s fine because they don’t have to send their driver. This is a failure and shouldn’t happen, especially for disabled people.

Great food! A little confused about how to order online though. I got wings and ordered extra sauce, thought it would be on the wings because there was a separate section for on the side extra sauce. Added jalapenos to my buffalo chicken quesadilla and they were on the side, didn't try to peel it apart to put them in. The only thing that kind of upset me is the Cajun fries, looks like they were put in the container and the seasoning was just dumped on top, easy fix just dumped them in a bowl and shook them up but the season wasn't well counted on most the fries.

I’ve literally ordered delivery from here multiple times to my address and I called in an order, and around the time it should have arrived they called and said my food was ready but I needed to spend more money because it was “too far”. I regret all of the people I recommended this restaurant to and will absolutely never order from them again. Crooks.

I ordered $60 worth of food and my wing flavors were put on tenders while my tender flavors were put on wings. I was very disappointed as this is my favorite place to get wings from. I called to explain the issue and the owner got on the phone and said “you ordered from door dash so you take it to them. I don’t want to deal with this right now. I don’t care” and then he hung up on me. I just wanted to get my wings and not tenders and i said “your cooks are the ones that made the mistake i have the reciept” even though door dash had nothing to do with the fact they still made my wings wrong. Next time im ordering from the new London restaurant instead of the Norwich one because the owner is disrespectful and rude. In no way do they have bad food, but they do have bad customer service and as a person who worked in food, customer satisfaction is very important. I can not explain how disgusting it is to hear a restaurant owner talk to their customers that way. Especially because the tender flavors i got were kid friendly for my 2 year old who couldn’t eat the buffalo tenders they gave us.

I quit going to WingsnPies in Norwich about a year ago as the food had declined in quality. Gave it another try tonight on Super Bowl Sunday. The order took a bit longer than usual (understandably so), and the young lady at the counter had two phones going and was super busy. She still gave my husband the order w/a smile. My salad was plentiful and delicious and my husband's Chicken Parm was also very good. I'm glad I gave them another try.

Ordered for delivery, finished telling him the first order before getting cut off mid sentence with "you need to order more for delivery" to which I responded with, yeah I'm not finished ordering yet. Then when I ask him to review the order before running my card, he ran the card anyway and messed up the order. I asked for a refund and he wasn't having it. Learn better customer service. You see the owner replying saying they will take steps to make it better, but I doubt they care about actual improvement.
Wings looked old and gross. Was already weird enough that there serves in a container people put soup in. Will never be back.

Curly fries were great, buffalo and sweet chili wings were great, hot honey wings ok, lemon pepper wings were horrific... basically pure salt with some lemon pepper flavoring. Carrot cake very good too. When I picked up the place was empty but the woman working there was very friendly.
For a place that advertises wings, they should be ashamed. I loved the sweet Sweet Potato Fries they were cooked well and tasty. BUT the sauces for the 10 Wings Or 1lb Tenders was truly terrible. Their honey mustard was just bad... honestly is was mostly yellow mustard... and their honey garlic was even worse. That 'sauce' was a ton of dried garlic powder and somekind of liquid, they called honey.... appalling. No creativity or care went into creating their sauces. Just seemed slapped together. The quality of the chicken was good... but their sauces ruined any chance of enjoyment.

I have ordered from this place a couple times and had no issues but today our food was delivered to the wrong apartment and when I called to ask about our food i was instantly given attitude. The worker was rude and disrespectful calling me a lier that she delivered the food when I was just trying to figure out which apartment she went to. Then the owner got on the phone to tell me to never call again and hung up on me.
Of course they still charged me for my food and made no effort to resolve the problem.
