The cafe was noisy and service was good. Menu had several good choices and once ordered, they arrived fast. Our avocado toast lacked flavor, sadly. I find the cafe convenient, however.

The Magical Memories Entertainment team had a blast performing at Beach House Cafe for a kid's NYE party. The venue has a great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We went celebrate my Aunt's 69th birthday. I was great. The food was terrific. We were all very pleased. Most importantly my Aunt was very happy. We had such a great time. I usually takes pictures of the food and I don't have a single photo.

The ambiance is nice at The Beach House Cafe but we found the service and food to be lacking. Our server was missing for long stretches of time. She forgot something we ordered which was not a big deal as we thought we will just mention it next time we see her but then she was gone so long by the time she came back everyone was done eating. One of our friends has a gluten allergy so we asked for a few vegetables to come with the hummus and much later after going back and forth and asking a few times we received the smallest cucumber and a sliced tomato and were charged $10.50. If they had provided a plate of vegetables we would not have been troubled by the cost but it just was not reasonable for what was received. Overall, nice restaurant but we will not be coming back unfortunately.

The food we had from this place tonight was not good. We placed an order for pick up. It was 20 minutes late which was no problem. They said it wasn’t ready. Then we get the food and it’s cold. The coffee was in a soup cup and spilled. The food itself was a solid 1 star except the Brussels sprouts those were a solid 2. The pork chop was ordered medium and it was well done. We gave this place too many chances. Done

If you want delicious, flavorful and fresh seafood-this is your spot. The food is delicious. The ambiance is nice. I live in Old Greenwich and never went for dinner here and I have missed out! The oysters, the seafood risotto and the salmon were outstanding. The dark chocolate peanut butter brownie was simply divine!

One of the best Lobster rolls I've had in a long time. Could have been a little bigger but it was enough for me. Great fries-thin and crispy. Not overly seasoned which is how I like them. A bit expensive but overall very good experience.

The service and ambience were wonderful. We really enjoyed our lobster rolls. We ate in a booth inside. Most people were enjoying the seating outside.

Service was a little slow but food was great!

Several empty tables tonight but the service was slow. Food was good. Despite informing reception of our reservation, I still received a ‘no show’ notification from OpenTable. Won’t be back for a while.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Beach House Cafe. We were headed to Greenwich and we wanted to find someplace new to us for brunch.I found them online this morning. Their website almost talked me out of coming, seems every time I clicked on "menu" it sent me to Toast online ordering (has to be fixed). So I read the reviews on Google and checked out a recent menu that was posted online and "bingo", BHC was a winner! My wife and sister's salads were great, except for not ripe avocados and my fish and chips were spot on.The place was pretty, the parking easy and the service attentive. We'll come back.

Great Food. The service was a little slow. They were not that busy. I assume it was because of all these labor shortages. Room was a little echoy. There was a table full of rowdy kids being extremely loud. I have 6 boys I know what loud and rowdy sounds like. But the food was fantastic.

I did not eat here (although the food looked delicious) but I MUST write a very kind review because of the experience I had here today:I had just gotten an eye exam next door and my eyes were so dilated, I actually couldn't see a single thing. I was on the verge of tears as my phone had no service and I couldn't see the Uber app on my phone anyways. A waiter at Beach House noticed that I was distressed and immediately came to help me. He let me connect my phone to the restaurant WiFi, helped me call my Uber, waited with me, and directed me to the correct car when it arrived. I was not a paying patron, just someone in need of help.I am SO grateful for such a kind act and you bet I will be back to eat and offer a huge tip!!! Please go here, the people are so nice and selfless.

This is unfortunate. The seafood is fresh, the decor is inviting. Sadly, the atrocious service (especially at dinner) means we are not coming back anytime soon. On the first of two recent dinner occasions, we came with two other couples. Someone lost one of the diner's entrees. When asked about it, they said it was coming. Finally, they admitted that it was not coming. On another occasion, it was just the two of us. The waitress, who looked like a high school girl, appeared to be in a total fog. The "service" was slow, agonizingly slow. Meanwhile, the waitresses seemed to have plenty of time to socialize with one another. We told our waitress fo forget desert.

I had the Beach House on my to-do list in summer of 2021 but left town for the summer. It was important to experience it in good weather because it seemed appropriate with “beach” in the name. The experience was worth the wait and a revisit. We started with the special iced tea cocktail and Tito's Green Boy and continued with lobster shooters, grilled octopus, Peking duck tacos, tuna tartare, salmon rolls and fried calamari. The food was perfect in every way-portions, taste and accompaniments. We sat at the bar and the service was immediate, friendly, exact, accommodating and memorable. The staff were competent and personable. This was important in that moment because we'd gotten news of my husband's sibling's death and it was all I could do to get him out of the house. The staff had no idea how incredibly valuable their courtesy and warmth was in that moment. Given the mood we were in, it would have been easy to reject the experience but the staff didn't give us an opportunity to even think it. We're so very grateful.
