Food is great, but their service for ordering via their website for delivery or pick up is horrendous. I have had countless orders completely missed, no update from the restaurant, only to call and be told the food was never picked up or that they don’t know what to do. What a joke of a response and way to handle an order you messed up.

Came in here and said to the guy behind the counter that I heard they had the best chicken nuggets ever. He answered with an emphatic yes and couldn't believe I was unaware of this undeniable fact. Wish I caught his name because he was extremely nice and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful for my first time here.And yes they do actually have the best chicken nuggets. I also had the cones (fried mashed potatoes) and onion rings, both of which were delicious.Delicious food and great friendly service. I'll have to check out the other location too that he told me about which is closer to home.

I grew up with Garden Catering and have been a local most of my life. I ordered a delivery and the driver delivered my food to the wrong address and ghosted. I called to find out how we could solve the issue and Frank happened to answer the phone. He helped me reorder everything and for speed, I picked it up. It was ready when I arrived and I was given a gift card for my inconvenience. I would have been back regardless but this type of gesture is always appreciated and part of what makes Garden Catering an exceptional place. Not often you find amazing food and amazing people at the same place. Thank you Frank and Mike.

Super tiny hole in the wall chicken place that is actually very good! We tried the nuggets, OG sandwich, onion rings, fries, spicy Mac and cheese bites, and Greek salad. I really enjoyed everything and they were extremely generous with the sauces. Unfortunately we didn't get any dressing with our salad and didn't notice until we'd already left. It was still good though.This area is takeout only, no seating inside.

Okay, I love garden catering. My family have been eating from this place for years. But every time my order is taken by Mike Paoletta, he ruins my whole garden catering experience. He clearly lacks professionalism and definitely doesn’t give a damn about offering the best customer experience. Every time he takes my order, he does not follow my instructions such as please make sure all pieces of chicken are well cooked, do not put seasoning on the chicken because one of my children is allergic to the seasoning, he places the wrong drinks and he even writes my husband’s name wrong every single time. This has been happening several times and I find it very disrespectful. With so many new places opening in Greenwich and offering similar menus, I would say good bye and good luck to Garden catering. You just lost a loyal customer.

You guys have slowly tried to just ramp up the price of chicken which is one of the cheapest meats there are and now you guys are just throwing as little fries as you can in an order i shouldnt be able to count my fries when i open my bag (20fries) stop trying to cut corners

One Staff member (older male looked like a manager) was EXTREMELY disregarding to me- Idk if its because I'm a black women or because I was wearing a Dodgers cap but he was so rude , I demanded my money back. I will NEVER support a business that has someone with his behavior representing them.
