We are generally Hyatt fans, but the Hyatt Regency Greenwich has some issues, the largest of which is the sound system and resonance in the building. The hotel starts playing music into the atrium early — today it was before 7AM. The noise carries, or at least the thumps. It is really miserable. The music goes on until late into the evening. It really ruins the experience. There is no peace in the room. You could look past some of the wear in the room, especially the bathroom....read full review
We stayed July 2024. Heavy construction on the weekend. Our room on the 3rd floor is shaking on a Saturday morning from renovations on 4th floor and atrium. Manager said it was 3rd party fault for not notifying us. Brought a 6 month old with us and he is unable to nap. No solution to rectify situation. No restaurant to eat at only room service which cannot be enjoyed because our room is so loud. This stay cost my family a lot and ruined a family wedding weekend. We will not stay...read full review
Came here back in December. Loved it! Room was very nice with a nice view of the atrium. The atrium is awesome! Makes you feel like you’re in California or Florida! I do wish the restaurant and gazebo bar were open. But the food we got from room service was really good and were still able to eat in the atrium. But you should definitely consider re-opening the restaurant and gazebo bar, why haven’t you re-opened it since COVID? The indoor pool is really nice with a hot tub!...read full review
