We absolutely love having an ice cream place right on Lyme Street! My only complaint is that they close for the winter (lol). It gets super busy in the height of beach visitors, but I highly recommend stopping here whether you're a local or just visiting.

This is my favorite ice cream place in CT. It always tastes so fresh. The moroccan rose flavor is absolutely DELICIOUS!!

This colorful little gem sits amongst some of the oldest dwellings in charming Old Lyme. We discovered that it certainly stands out for more than its appearance. Ice cream is made fresh in the back by the owner. Daily offerings are changed, well, daily and itemized on signage in front. The prices are reasonable given the quality of the product and the quantity in the cup. Really really good stuff. I personally sampled the Heath bar varietal, rich vanilla ice cream loaded with the candy, coupled with salted caramel vanilla confection. Delish!!! One of us also enjoyed the salted caramel ice cream with vanilla on the side, while the third sat down to a hot fudge sundae, whip cream plus cherry over a multi-nut ice cream. Yup, three really happy customers. All the treats were enjoyed on vintage ringside seating Highly recommended

Moroccan Rose is not to be missed. I can't list off all the stuff in it but will highlight cardamom, cinnamon, figs, apricots and pistachios. It's amazing. And a small cone is pretty large so save room.

I definitely suggest stopping here and seeing what flavors are on the menu. The owner makes all of the ice cream herself and if not too busy she is up for some great conversation.I tried the espresso chip and the cherry chip in a waffle cone and it was great! The price was great as well-$8.50.The friend I was with tried the Moroccan, which has at least eight different ingredients and she said it was amazing! 4.50.The Moroccan flavor also has won an award. When we are in the area again, we will be back. ?

Delicious every time! My grandmother loved it here, so naturally this was part of the the family celebration of her life. She was a chocolate lover, but we went with the more washable option.

Very expensive place and the ice cream wasn't good. It tasted very odd.
