In my first time in Connecticut I was looking for a place to eat lunch and I found AJ Noodle Bar and I had the best time the food is very flavorful and our waitress was very sweet.

I was looking for Pho and for some reason Google sent me here. I was totally okay with it, no Pho but the Ramen was amazing. The service was also good by a very sweet older woman. When I'm in the area, I'll definitely be coming back.

Just order the Pad Thai, with Tofu protein addition.
After working out extensively (4 hrs) I desperately needed a substantive protein for dinner.
$2 addition.
Even though a very nice place and a wonderful counter person, I see no tofu whatsoever in the Pad Thai.
I'm not going to open up an oriental take-out in the store to check if it's correct, but it seems like it's a really lovely staff and of course it was well-cooked and seasoned, but I ordered something and once again the cooking staff is so absent-minded or lazy or does just not care. So I paid for something I didn't get. So typical in the Shoreline CT.
Just put your foot down when you get in there.
Wld Love to give 5 stars for the fundamental quality of the cooking and service, then total FAIL for attentiveness to an order when you paid for it.
