Was a guest at wedding hosted by Coastal Gourmet had an amazing time, food, service, staff were all out of this world. I’ve been to many weddings and I was floored, the attention to detail and display of stationary table was to die for, Jenna (I think that’s her name) was on top of every little detail. Would def recommend.

Stay far away from this catering company. Good food but terrible coordination and misleading business practices. Even after contacting the owner of the company they refused to make things right for a disastrous wedding ceremony.
Was a great experience. Was there for our anniversary but got sat at a small table asked to move which they did do. Which was great unit very loud group was sat next us. Not their fault. Just would have enjoyed a space a little more quiet when it asks the occasion. Ala and all great food excellent staff. Definitely a must try.

Waited 30 minutes before server came to our table. Had to ask the girl filling our drinks if we even had a server. Then after 15 more minutes had to flag down someone to see what was going on. We did get a cocktail on the house but then it still took a long time for service even after that. Food was really good and will be back. Hopefully the service was just an odd oversight.

My wife and I were very pleased with the restaurant and the service. It was a little pricey but overall it was a great night out. I would recommend everyone to check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Choosing Jenna and Coastal Gourmet was the easiest decision I made in the wedding planning process - from the moment I first spoke to Jenna on the phone during my initial inquiry I knew I NEEDED to have her as my day of coordinator. I knew if I chose her I would not need to worry about a thing the day of my wedding.
She is so talented and experienced, she truly thinks of everything and knows everything. She planned flawless details/table scapes with me - even taking an extra day and a long trip to help me pick things out. She made really good suggestions when picking meals. She answered all my emails and questions quickly and kindly, no matter how silly or small my questions were (I know nothing about the wedding or event planning fields). I cannot even imagine how much she did behind the scenes or without my direct knowledge.
Choosing Jenna was also the best decision I made for my wedding. Her personality is amazing - she is so easy to talk to and she makes you and your family and your guests feel comfortable while at the same time being incredibly efficient.
The food was also impressive! The meat in particular was cooked to perfection. Family members were raving about it to me weeks after the wedding!!
Also, I cannot say enough about Jenna’s kindness and professionalism. We had an unfortunate and unforeseen event happen during our cocktail hour and Jenna helped handle it and completely rearranged our timeline on the spot to make the flow of the rest of the wedding make sense - and our guests were none the wiser! I don’t have the right words to express my gratitude for her for this!!!!
Do yourself a favor and book Jenna and coastal gourmet for your wedding. I wish I had another event just to work with them again!!

Brunch review. Quite outstanding in variety and quality. Service and friendly staff top shelf. Long walk from seating to serving areas slightly awkward, but certainly manageable. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

They wouldn't give us window table although no one sat in the available ones... claiming a large party was coming that never came - super weird. Window seats remained available during our entire meal. It upset my guest - even other patrons came up to us to comment about how rude it was. .

Quite possibly one of the top ten meals I've ever eaten. The codfish was perfect, the swordfish sublime. Delicious assortment of local oysters. Service was AAA+++. Fresh Salt is our new destination restaurant when we come to the shore!
Had flies around us, our food and more all nite. Complained but nothing done but"I'm sorry". Food only fain. Had swordfish and it was like eating cardboard. We've never had really good nite there. Live nearby in Essex so are happen to go couple times a year and always regret it

A perfect birthday dinner. Both the pork chop and salmon dishes were outstanding. The desserts are fabulous! Chocolate tiramisu cake and ginger snap bread pudding were the best. Service was outstanding! Sit outside and enjoy the views.

Fresh Salt is one of our favorite restaurants and tonight definitely did not disappoint. It's the best time of year, after Labor Day but still nice and warm and sunny. The new fall menu had so many options, even for me as a celiac. Highly recommend the butternut squash and parsnip bisque, it was absolute perfection. Our server was very warm and friendly, and he took my food allergy very seriously.

First time at Fresh Salt. Took my parents and we all enjoyed our meals. Cocktails were amazing, served bread at start, seafood dishes and dessert delicious. Pretty location. Noise level a bit loud and service a bit slow, but waitstaff very good. Would return for another special occasion.

Fresh salt never disappoints. Lovely view and setting from almost anywhere in the restaurant. Great menu choices and atmosphere. Our server was good and even though the restaurant was very busy the lunch and apps came out quickly
