Bagel is okay. The Asiago cheese tastes a little burnt. Cream cheese is also strange - very watery but not inedible.

Good bagels. But $ 5.95 for a bagel and just a little cream cheese (a schmear) is outrageously priced. I won't be back.
Vegetarian options: Large coffee and bagel with just a little cream cheese for close to $ 11.00 is not good value.
Parking: On weekends parking is at a premium.
Bought a tub of cream cheese and it was warm and liquidy, not firm and cold like it should be. Had to put it in the fridge for several hours to get it to proper temp. Pumpernickel bagels were okay but dry and bitter. Plain bagels were very basic and nothing special. No soft inside and no chewy outside. They were still warm when I bought them so they were definitely fresh. I am not expecting NYC quality bagels, but was hoping for a good bagel. I will say the workers were nice and pleasant when I was there. Maybe I was there on an off day. But consistency is what matters around these parts.

We had to wait 20 minutes for an avocado toast!! 20 minutes!! Just to get the order without the correct ingredients. The place looked so cute but that service made me feel very upset.

I am from New York and love NY bagels. Was so excited when Duby’s Bagels was opening in Old Saybrook. Then every time I went to try them , they had no bagels or were closed… then about two months ago, I passed by and they were open. They now have egg sandwiches on bagels whoever you want them. OMG… these bagels are amazing. On the small size but absolutely the best around…. Duby has a limited but delicious selection of pastries which are awesome too. Cruffins… scones… cookies.. all good. Found my favorite breakfast place. The staff and owner Duby are nice and welcoming.

If you are looking for an overpriced tasteless bagel with cream cheese this is your place. The staff is friendly but it's painfully slow to get your order.

Just stumbled upon this nice bagel shop and we were pleasantly surprised with the options. They had many tradition Jewish pastries and deserts. My wife and I got everything bagels and cream cheese. They were perfectly cooked with a great crust and soft center. There was tons of schmear on our bagels. The cappuccinos were the best we have had since visiting Europe. The gentleman serving us was very personable and seems to know what he is doing. If you are in the area, go check it out.

Sucked. Very small and tasteless. Over $20 for two bagels with cream cheese and coffee. Ripoff. Waited 45 min for my order - yes for bagels.

Poor customer service My wife and son were here this past Saturday. Their order was messed up twice. I understand mistakes can happen however own your mistakes. Don’t try to blame somebody else and cop an attitude you just lost some customers. We make a point to try and shop at local businesses, but when the local businesses cannot provide good service and then have an attitude on top of it, it makes it difficult
