Fresh Salt is a lovely place overlooking the water. I am gluten free and there were plenty of GF options. They even brought out GF bread that was actually tasty. I had a jalapeño mule as my drink, along with the Caesar salad. The salad was really good. It contained romaine, radicchio and baby kale. I loved that they top it with white anchovies. I took a dear friend for her birthday lunch and she loved it. We had the fabulous lobster rolls. They were served with truffle tater tots which we did not like so we asked our server for French Fries and she accommodated our request immediately.
I have not been to this buffet in many years and it was outstanding. The pasta was amazing and I thought everything tasted fresh and seasoned well. I did not like the Caesar salad it was doused in dressing and sitting and not changed while I dined there. I thought some of the meat was tough and one of the pasta had too much lemon.
