We stopped by Johnny ads due to social media saying that it was an enjoyable experience. Come to find out was very disappointed. We had the Johnny’s Seafood platter. The whole belly clams were undercooked. Nothing like what’s shown in its picture breading was OK. The two shrimp that they gave you were not butterfly and crunchy. They were hard as a rock. Not a great experience.

This is a great seafood shack with both indoor and outdoor dining. The food is delicious. It can get busy, especially when we went this summer on a Sunday evening, but I would certainly stop here again.

Unfortunately not great clam chowder, very runny and watery. And $21 for a fish and chips platter with very little fries. Kind of disappointing considering their high rating. Good burger and onion rings though. They were kind enough to refund the clam chowder! Not bad decor and old school feel.

Perfect clams, delicious lobster roll. Lobster was cooked perfectly, nice and tender. And the roll was griddled golden brown. Yum!
Before heading to the beach, we stopped for a quick lunch at Johnny Ad’s! There’s something on the menu for everyone, and the staff was friendly at the window. The lobster roll was packed full, and all of the food was delicious. A nice casual spot that we would definitely return to!

Retro esque 60's 70's summertime stand . Very good hot dog ice cream spot. Around from 1957 I think??. Fun on a hot day or to and from the shore. Dust off the classic and show up.
