We ordered a quarter pounder with xtra cheese, and 2 cheeseburgers, along with 2 snack wraps, 2 apple pies, and 2 French fries. We did not get the quarter pounder or the two cheeseburgers. We had to drive back to pick up those items, and they did refill the entire order. We only wanted the items they failed to provide. This happens over and over again. We generally do not go back, so are out the money. Very inconvenient.

I go here often and Everytime I go they mess up my order, either forgetting things out like a 10 piece nugget or giving me 2 large fries with the cartons half filled. Seriously the worst one of the worst McDonald's in the state. Not going here anymore I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are truly terrible.

Horrible service! I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and it took 10 minutes with 2 children that just wanted milk! They wouldn’t even grab that for them. Another family ordered, everyone’s orders were ready before there’s, when he went back was told 20 minutes! Meanwhile 8 people were working!

Absolutely horrible service. Never answers the speaker and when you pull up to the window because no one is answering the workers are without fail eating food. Even with a mobile order food take 10 minutes+ to come out
