We had breakfast at Mirsina's while visiting Saybrook. Staff and food was very good. We only waited 10 minutes to be seated, we also got there around 11:15 a.m. We will visit again.

Pretry mediocre food. The potatoes were crispy on the outside but stale inside. Some were warm but most were cold. The eggs benedict you can clearly see was overcooked. It should be runny. The meal was flavorless. 2 stars for the fresh orange juice at least. I appreciate the desire to support small business but i dont thinn we should blindly praise everything.

Was driving on the 95 from new york to cape cod and was looking for a late breakfast, good old google came up with Mirsina's. It was only 5 minutes off the highway, plenty of free parking out front. I had the steak omelette with toast and coffee, i just managed to finish it, loads of food. Staff very friendly and a not expensive

We love Mirsina’s!!!! You cannot beat the service and food. When I saw the negative review going on ad nauseum about sexism, objectifying and so on - what nonsense!!!! That councilwoman needs to get busy with more meaningful activity or at least get some help. Let’s all try to get along - even if we agree to disagree. Mirsina’s is special to many, and becoming a new favorite to others.

the place itself is cute and nice staff but the chicken was awful... a Greek place that can't make a gyro ? so disappointed. dry and with absolutely no taste order something else.....

I chose Mirsina as a halfway meeting spot between Long Island and Boston. I read restaurant reviews and thought this would be a good spot. This restaurant is in a cute small town. The restaurant has a small seating area. The workers are warm, friendly and energetic. The menu and special boards has an array of choices. We were all pleased with our orders, the food was served hot and the presentation was beautiful, most important everything was flavorful and delicious.
Dont order the burger - everything else has been great
Highly disappointed today. This is not normal for Mirsina's. I have always received fresh food.
Ordered the Blue burger today. NOT GOOD. Meat was old. Taste was no bueno. Blue cheese not much flavor - didn't even kill the premade machine beef patty they sold me that had a slight rank flavor to it. Almost like it was fast defrosted, then the outter edge was cut off (probably the rubberized edge from defrost or micro) and then fried the patty.
Suggestion - make your own fresh patty - don't sell people a box burger or maybe slim the offerings and take the burger off your menu. This meal choice is not representative of your establishment. I'll be back but never for that burger.

Mirsina's gets me in and out in about 30 minutes. Within a couple of minutes someone takes my drink order and in another few minutes my order has been placed. Even on the busiest of days I get my food within 10 minutes. The staff recognizes me and other regulars. Because I come in before work, I don't have the luxury of time. Thank you for always cooking my order right and keeping my drink topped off.
