It’s been around a while bc they had an autograph pic of Art Carney. I hope they stay in business for a long while since we just discovered it. Food was great and fairly priced. They even put smiley faces on all the take out containers which they labeled with what was in them. ?

We stopped on a cold, snowy day and the pho and spring rolls were amazing!!! Authentic and fresh and just the right combination of sweet, lime, and spicy--comfort food! And the owners are so kind! I strongly recommend stopping. Yum!

When you enter Saigon City Restaurant, you order to the left, where you will see 2 vintage Honda motorcycles. Then you are invited to take a seat in an elegant and beautiful dining room with a fireplace and wonderful ambiance! A++++++

Came here at about 7:30 on a weeknight for first time. The dining room was dimly lit ... actually quite dark. When I approached the take out area they had a big sign with the menu on it and I asked if it was take out only. The guy said - no dining room service, you order here. Ok i said, so you MEAN only take out then?... because I'm travelling and want to eat in. Then he responds, you order here with me.. then if you want you can go sit down and he gestures to this weird sitting room set up when you first come in that looks like a living room.... but no tables. So, I started walking over there after I told him what I wanted. Then he chirps up and tells me to go into the dark dining area. So, I say.. " well, you originally said NO dining room service so are you going to call me when it's ready??? Then a woman working but until now gabbing away with this other person there for take out says... no, no.. just sit down in there and I'll bring you your food. SO AWKWARD and CoNFUSING ! Ugh, so I went into the pitch black dining room.. she brought me the food fairly quick, and it was very good. She also brought over a condiment sauce. Ok, great .. but damn.. get your story straight b*tches because that's dining room service whether you think it is or NOT. Such nonsense, Too bad because the food was good.. but the strange customer service and dark dining area were a big turn off!
