I highly recommend. My girlfriend and I drove 40 minutes from our hotel to eat here every day during our trip to Connecticut. I had the Mushroom pesto pizza several times, several wraps and my personal favorite the seasonal platter with delicious pancakes. We will be back whenever we are in Connecticut in the future.

Got some tofu, nd the veg burger. It was good. Cute cafe to hang out and when I was there on Saturday, they had a guy playing acustic guitar and singing. Worker peeps were nice too.

This place is both a complete gem of a find place! With any travel I get to take I’m looking for places with vegan options, and this place had both vegan and gluten free options because it’s completely dedicated to that! The entire spot is all vegan and gluten free! The staff there is absolutely amazing!! We spoke with I believe her name was Kristine when we first got there. She was so kind and nice - her and the entire staff working that day just truly went above and beyond with customer service and just genuine connection and conversation. I had the seasonal patter which included a vegan omelette loaded with fresh veggies, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit (pineapple and strawberry) and pancakes. Again all gluten free and vegan and it was phenomenal! My favorite thing and one of the hardest things to give up going vegan is finding great breakfast alternatives. This meal scratched that itch perfectly. The pancakes had that homemade taste in a great way with that light crisp around the edges, the omelet tastes like a classic egg omelette and the potatoes stood alone with their seasoning alone.

Then I did a what I’m calling a “sugar flight” lol where I got one of some of the sweet treats that I wanted to try (loaded cookie dough cupcake, chocolate peanut butter swirl cupcake, fudge brownie, pumpkin spice cake slice and their version of a peppermint patty cake bomb). They all were great in their own unique ways but the ones that stood out as my favs were the chocolate pb cupcake, peppermint patty cake bomb and fudge brownie! I got a free chocolate chip cookie (since it was my birthday) and like a common theme with other sweet treats they’ve managed to really nail the classic tastes of the originals while being gluten free! Top notch!

All in all if you’re in the area and looking for truly outstanding vegan and gluten free food look no further!

So rare to find a place that's accommodating to vegans and gluten-free people both! Delicious baked goods - we enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls, and bagels. Prepared food was also top notch, but the highlight was the buffalo tofu wrap. All the employees were very delightful and even gave us several free items as we left. Will NEED to go back if we ever are in the area again!

Went here while in Connecticut for a weekend trip, and it was so good we went back the next day too! Both the main menu and the bakery was full of delicious food.

Tons of options and delicious baked goods. The falafel plate was incredible. I appreciated that the homemade falafel was not fried. Everything was nice and fresh, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I ate the veggies burger with cheddar. This is a place where it is okay to sit and eat and enjoy. The veggie burger tasted like a burger created from thought, chef skills and love. Each bite, eat flavor complimented the other. Cheddar cheese is a must have, made in house, smooth flavor. Coleslaw is rarely my favorite food choice, this coleslaw has flavor. I could taste each ingredient. I finished it. I recommend when you come here to eat make sure you have time to enjoy the food. If you order take out same thing, take time to enjoy everything they put in their food. I haven’t tried the deserts so for now a 4.5 out of five. I have to try the desserts.

We had just about everything on the menu at the time we went there, maybe 6-7 months ago and everything was EXCELLENT. Updated from previous review on 2018-05-03

Food was delicious. Staff is very friendly. They have tables to sit. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend you check it out. Owner was working and came out to talk to us. Very nice person.

We aren’t gluten free but really enjoyed the breakfast and pastries here. The seasonal breakfast platter was a highlight - it had everything you could want in a breakfast plate ("egg ", pancakes, potatoes, and fresh fruit). Coffee was weak. My dad is obsessed with the cinnamon buns - go early before they sell out. Lots of art and crafts for sale and live music on Saturdays.

We have been to Shayna B's at least 10 times. The food is always amazing! Yesterday, 8 of us celebrated my wife's birthday. Everyone, including the non-gf folks, loved the food! The staff was great. I can't say enough nice things!!!
