Sip Wine Bar is the best! They make an effort to welcome everyone and share in their love for wine. After going there a few times, we recently purchased a few bottles of Italian wines at a local package store and the owner stated “Wow! you have really know your Italian wines. These are what I would would have picked for myself.” Thank SIP!!!! You have opened our eyes and made wine even more enjoyable.

A cute little spot! We just stopped by to have a quick drink before a long drive home. I tried all the rosé wines. I loved the sparkling Cava rosé. They have a great method of keeping the wines stable with argon gas. I loved the variety of seating available in here. They have those cute Parisian looking outdoor chairs, a long nice booth and cute arm chairs on a more private side. Accessible restroom that also had an up to date calendar of events in the area. A nice neighborhood spot to check out to sample fine wines. I liked the flight option the most. The cost was pretty similar to have one glass vs to try a lot of options. I love trying a few instead of being stuck with just one! Nicole was very helpful and sweet. It’s located in like a plaza and has plenty of parking.

Absolutely loved this place. We stumbled upon it because we had an hour to kill before dinner. The service was amazing, cocktails were great, and there was a huge selection of wines available. The servers were knowledgeable about the menu and were happy to help us make decisions by allowing us to taste multiple wines. The place itself was so tasteful! Very modern and unique atmosphere. We are definitely going to go back!

Great intimate wine bar with great decor. Wine options are wonderful and it's nice that you can order a great wine by the glass. We ordered a board of cheese and nibbles for the table - great cheese selections and it was complimented by the fig jam. Derrick, the owner was very nice and creates a real friendly atmosphere to relax.

My wife and I went with another couple over the holidays. The other couple were true wine experts as they are producers of wine on a national level. We each had two flights and the wines were amazing. With the help of Derrick we were able to order some outstanding matching food. This little gem is a must go. The experience was tremendous. My girlfriends and I booked a weekend stay at the Saybrook Point and were looking for a cool local spot. We came across Sip Wine Bar (about a mile from the resort) and it was incredible!!! Amazing service, great chill atmosphere & best charcuterie board we’ve ever had. Owner Derek is so personable and nice! We had the best time. Will absolutely come back! 100% recommend.

Happened upon this spot randomly when enjoying the town during my husband and my anniversary. It was a Friday afternoon and it was a great quiet spot to sip some lovely wine and enjoy a yummy charcuterie board. The owner of course really knows his stuff and had great suggestions for our flight. It's a beautiful spot with awesome music, service, food and wine! We will be back.
